First ever cycle. YK11.

Hey dudes, I'm brand new to the forum and supplements in general (besides creatine).

I'm 21 yo, been lifting for 3 years, and I'm considering doing my first ever cycle, for which I've chosen YK11. The reason is that on the internet it's described as the most effective SARM when it comes to muscle building.
I'm thinking of taking 10mg capsules daily for 2 months.

But before I buy YK11, I want to prepare everything for a pct. What substances should I get and how much for my post-cycle therapy? Any advice is appreciated.

P.S. realized I posted this in the wrong forum, but I can't find the option to delete

While YK-11 can be very powerful, due the fact that it's essentially three peds in one:
1. Myostatin Inhibitor
2. SARM
3. Steroid (since it's built off a steroid molecule)

People report it can cause ligament issues and possibly even tears. So I would suggest you take Collagen and Glucosamine supplements while on cycle.

Additionally, YK-11 has not ever been tested on humans but rodent studies show it's neurotoxic. That means it alters your brain in a bad way. If you do take YK-11, which I don't think you should take this to protect your brain:

Finally, YK-11 has been noted to depress estradiol levels, so at least take some DHEA to get "some" estradiol aromatization (100mg daily at least). Your body NEEDS estradiol to function, so please be safe.

If you’re new to supplements in general, it would be worth your time to try some natural supplements before jumping straight into hormonal compounds. CEL Alpha One, Anabolic Effect, Xgels, etc. are all impressive and worth a try. There are plenty more on the market that are also good.

From bloodwork I’ve seen Yk11 is probably the second most suppressive and overall harsh SARM after S23. There are numerous reasons to not use YK11 at your age, lifting experience, and anabolic experience. There’s better options for a first cycle that will be safer.

I’m not trying to be an a-hole, we’ve all been where you are and there’s a lot of knowledge on here. I would highly recommend reposting this in the anabolic section to get better info and guidance before messing up your natural hormone production. Maybe post some stats (height, weight, PR lifts, goals) when you repost in anabolics to help people understand where you’re at.

First off, thank you for the advice. Second off, do natural supplements really work? A better question would be, what can one expect long-term from using some of the supplements you listed?

That's more info in 1 reply than I could hope to find online myself. Thanks for the info - I knew YK11 was with its risks, but dayum, the more I read about it, the more I think it't not a great idea.

Yes, natural supplements work. Depending on your goal we can recommend options that will help you get where you want to go. Xgels give me a good strength boost and insane juicy pumps, Alpha One give me a noticeable aesthetic boost and recomp effect along with hard pumps.

Long term you can expect to usually make slower but steady gains, and keep all of what you gain from natural supplements unlike cycling hormonal gear. You’ll experience far less side effects like liver toxicity, sleep issues, testosterone shutdown, etc…

21 is pretty young, your test levels should be sky high. This is the right time to use some good supplements (not grocery store bullshit in shiny packaging) and start working your way up to a hormonal cycle when you’re ready. There are even other SARM’s that are milder to run before getting to YK11. If you work your way up in steps instead of big jumps you can get good results from each supp or compound along the way while mitigating side effects. If you’re going to cycle anyways, I just hope you do some more research first. This forum has a ton of information on sarms and their side effects.

Drop some info about your stats and goals. There are guys on this forum that are far wiser than me when it comes to natural supplements. I’m sure there’d be plenty who would chime in if they knew what your goals are.

Yes, I'd love to receive some recommendations. I would say my goals is gaining muscle mass. I assume you are from the US, so it's cool if you give American brands names, but if by any chance you know good EU suppliers, that would be greatly appreciated.

My current stats are: 85kg (187lbs), 173cm (5'8), more or less 17-18% BF.
My PRs are:
Bench press - 130kg (286lbs)
Squat - 160kg (352lbs)
Overhead press - 72kg (158lbs)
Deadlift - 160 kg (352lbs)
Not the most impressive lifts for 3 years of training ngl, but it is what it is. Thanks for the help in advance!

natural supplements def work .. sometimes you need to run 2 months min and prefer to run it for min of 3-4months

but u cant compare them to sarms or steroids when your looking for results in 2-3weeks.
natural supplements have come a long way .. and more and more studies have proven that they work

If your training and diet are dialed in I think you would be surprised what 4 caps of Urolithin B could do for you.

Lots of other great recs in this thread, but I'm very partial to this one ingredient. Very effective for building muscle and has longevity benefits.

Nice lifts btw

I have never used YK11 but going off memory here 5-10 years ago I tried Ostarine, S4, Rad140, MK677, 1Andro, 4Andro, and Epi Andro. The only "unnatural" thing I've run in the last 5 years is EpiAndro. Those other Sarms and things definitely helped me build muscle faster but it was 3 steps forward 2 steps back making me want to jump on the next miracle thing. Now I run things that are natural mostly from SNS and CEL. I am constantly making little progress and to be honest I'm probably pretty close to my genetic limit now. With proper training, diet, and some well planned supplements you don't need sarms or steroids unless you have a goal of competing.

Try 2 or 3 of the following for 3 months and you'll love it:
Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, Alpha One, Urolithin B, Basis, Phosphatidic Acid

If after doing that you want to go one step up then try a couple different ones and add in EpiAndro at 600-900 per day.
