I've been doing this Xfit/High endurance type of workout 1-2x a week, and have noticed some size gain. Will this benefit me in the long run you guys think? NEED SIZE!
well i did tw's workout, but with a tire instead of a washer, and i felt a good pump, but most of all my lungs were on fire. i guess this is strictly for conditioning!

i've been watching todd wentworth for a while now, but is this a legit workout? he doesn't specify whether it's for cutting or bulking. i'd think it would be hard to bulk at the pace he's going.

the BEST stack i've taken to date was Yellow Bullets for a morning jolt. Nutrex Hemo Rage for pre-workout, and Pro Force T40X w/ Gold standard protein.
i did a couple months of this, and i was the strongest/leanest i've ever been. i'm also tested regularly because of work, and i can say...
i wouldn't try and bulk up all at one time. do it in increments because you risk getting exhausted or pulling something if you get too heavy.
you're doing good man. glad you went big on the tat also. some dudes get em too small and they look like vending machine stickers.
