Legitimate Routine for Bulking and conditioning??

I'm just getting back into things, and I'm tired of bulking then cutting. I would like to build muscle while keeping my diet tight. It feels good, and seems like the right thing to do.

Would you consider this Modified Cindy workout a good way of doing that? I hate crossfit but I'm really liking this routine.
