    You can make some do it yourself handles from PVC pipe and some chains... I'm sure you could find a way to attach the sandbags to those. I don't see anything wrong with lifting them like that but your grip is going to give out alot sooner than with handles

    Never did zercher squats but I used to do alot of zercher good mornings... I liked those and I've always likened the zercher squat to front squats. Why not change it up?

    Thanks for the advice. I agree and I think my diet and sleep has been out of whack enough to cause this. I'm gonna rest. Lay off the heavy compounds (minus) benching and focus on dialing in my macros and getting adequate sleep.

    I agree completely. I'm going to see someone on Wednesday and request an mri possibly. I know I shouldn't take this lightly especially since it's not the first time... not to sound cliche but I've been lifting long enough, took enough a&p /various trainer certs, and certainly squatted enough...

    A little of both but more dynamic as I use the exercise as means of warming up. Also the bike work, dunno what you'd call it though
