Holy hell that's alot of fat. Too much.
I cap mine around 130 - 150 grams a day and I'm 210 lbs. On a TKD diet.
At my current caloric intake using that recommendation I'd be in the 225 -250 gram plus range.

I'm sorry but for the experienced and seasoned lifters, training at such a low frequency doesn't get you much of a result.
I've been at it for 15 years and aside from my very first year and newbie gains, nothing to this day produces better results for me than volume.

Actually a good article. I'm that guy who pays close attention to macros but don't go into a nervous breakdown if I miss my "normal" premade lunch and stop at Subway instead.
Absolutely no difference to growth ever noticed good or bad.
