No thanks, Shirley. I'll stick with option 1 - lift heavy and hard and eat a see-food diet.
 
If any priming takes place, it must be done with diet, not training.

Otherwise, if ur insulin sensitivity sucks because u didn't get lean enough or u didn't cut carbs and calories for long enough, then u have no rebound growth.
 
Two months? An off week with active recovery followed by 2 months of hard brutal training, smart supplementation and dieting would be the way to go. Unless your body is just wrecked I guess.
