When you stay hydrated your organs work more efficiently and metabolism works faster. When dehydrated you can develop kidney stones but I think that's more extreme than being just a little dehydrated. If you work a labor intensive job you need at least a gallon a day.. my company is required...
I have a electronic stimulator that I use after I hit legs because for a few days my quads get really tight and I get pain in my knee. I foam roll and stretch but sometimes the pain last for a few days and curious if anyone uses an EMS to help recover. Or anyone have tips and advice?

Counting calories vs counting macros are completely different when you count calories you aren't keeping track of what makes those calories but when you are keeping track of your macros you are more closely looking at what nutrition value your food has
Ya for sure.. maybe it's all mental I don't think I'm gonna gain massive amounts of weight and size so I won't be disappointed with 3-5 lbs of lean muscle. Part of it might be just that I'm taking something to enhance my body that I have been trying to eat super clean instead of having cheat...
So it's only been 10 days since starting the osta and not sure if it's the recently clean diet or what but already can see a little difference in muscle fullness and hardness and dropped 4 lbs on the scale but I look the same size. Diet has been pretty good breakfast@4am
