This is my first posting,having considered this site to be the best.
My question is fairly simple.I am looking to gain about 10 lbs of solid gain,without water,in about 3 months.I work in Iraq,[bummer],but can follow a decent diet and strict training regime.I have been involved in weight training for some time,albeit mission dependant.I have been advised to run a cycle of Epistane,for 4 weeks,then do pct and repeat the process.HOWEVER,i have been given an unused bottle of Methylfreak,60 tabs,at 10 mg strength.The chemical breakdown seems to be that of Epistane...My idea was 4 weeks,week 1 and 2,20 mg/day,then week 3 and 4,30 mg per day.Week 3 and 4 would also be using dandelion or milk thistle,followed by Revolution pct during the break period.My body fat is at 17%,age is 48,but need to maintain strengh for the work I do.My gym knowledge is good,but this is a new avenue for me.Would my breakdown as described be ok?Many thanks for any valuable input.
