Milk and cornflakes? Really? I usually just take soy mix afterwards and i find that my muscles recover faster. cornflakes and milk will leave me hungry.

yeah..there are some guys at the gym who can't push heavy weight at the gym but have massive delts courtesy of good genes. Anyway...its all about tension and stress on the muscle.

i have never tried the reverse move. but i find that i isolate my pecs better when i combine flat benchpress with incline dumbbell flys.

i alternate low carb days with high protein days twice a week. I found that i workout better when i consume more carbs at night before i sleep.

i like cardio, especially cycling because it helps the overall toning of my body and also helps my body metabolism to be high. so i cycle for 20 minutes before my workout and 20 minutes after. It also helps my overall body endurance.

it won't hurt your arms to do bi the next day since you did not hit it hard..and by hitting it hard i mean more than 4 sets of 4 different bicep workouts. However, i would do alternate bicep movements like using the straight bar and dumbbell lifts. For my back exercises, i would limit it to 3...
fasted cardio also works well for me. i do a high intensity cardio workout for 15 minutes every morning before breakfast and then hit the gym afterwards.

i will try this out. i have been doing the pause rep method that i got from Kai Greene and its been working well for me thus far especially in increasing my power.
