My training protocol is a hybrid with very heavy weights followed by numerous super/burnsets
I incorporate different "known" hardcore training programs,
mix&match them according to my goals and how I feel.
My sessions are beyond failure, and also very long.
I keep my BF around 4% all year round, trying to keep adding some size. And yes, is very unhealthy and stressing on the body.
I proudly rep for EBF, and I rep because I love the products, not the other way around.
