    You may need to cut body fat to improve your insulin sensitivity. Normally when you start to find it hard to gain muscle and instead your body starts storing fat this is the problem. 10kg in 6/7 months sounds like you’ve dirty bulked and gotten a bit pudgy so time for a cut mate.

    Invalid Link Removed Found it. These are all verified with the photos of their dexa scan results included. There's a guy at 17% looks the best out of all them imo, just shows having a low body fat percentage doesn't mean you look great, some of those under 12% look like skeletons ffs.

    I find it impossible to estimate body fat % when someone is flexing but you look pretty lean.
