Hi guys, so I've been going to the gym since around September last year and have since put on 10kg (now 86kg) and my weight increase came to a stop. For the past 1-2 months I've been eating at around 3500 cals plus, I feel like most of this weight is going to my stomach, and hips. Is this normal? I gym 5 times a week, splitting chest, shoulders, legs etc. Any diet advice or training routines would be appreciated.
