Thanks thewilman,you are correct not having sore nipples is a big enough acomplishment in itself! But I still like the added muscle :D

I have no signs of any of my gyno and I think poopy had over a 50% reduction but Im not sure.That info should be in his log though.
 
I was planning a 20/30/30/30/ cyle along with liver longer all the way, for pct torem would this be enough support or do you recommend anything else. Only got one liver:head: :woohoo:
 
Well that will do as a bare bones cycle.Epis hepatoxicity is low in comparison to some of the other designers.

You could always add AIs Cycle support for an added buffer for the ole liver.And it has sooooo many other positive attributes also.
 
I'm SO glad to hear about epi! I got delayed gyno from SD awhile after proper PCT, and it won't go away - keeps cycling back. Ralox. seems to help keep things under control, but doesn't reduce completely like hoped.

Plus, I'd given up on any future cycles because of the gyno. So having something that almost has the same crazy results of SD, but w/o the harsh side FX, and on top of it it actually helps reduce gyno - yeah! I'd be interested in hearing feedback in another couple of months to see if there's any rebound from epi.
 
Im nearing the 6wk mark and no signs at all of gyno.I will keep updating for the next few months to keep people informed.

i heard that the NEW epi will be STRONGER and more POWERFUL! :jaw:

that may be one reason it is taking so long to cap! plus, i am sure they are running QC checks and double checks! to avoid all this SH!T that has been going on! ATLEAST I HOPE SO!! ;)

Yeah Ill be running 3AD(hint,hint) Epi,SD(20mg WO days only) and IGF1,pMGF,CJC1295 if everything falls into place.Im looking to get to 245 LEAN!(kids dont try this at home as Im a not so trained non professional :D)

my nipples are sore and fell a little bump under 1 of them
i have been on a low dose of test prop(200-300) and tren a(250 to 300)
just started cyclofenil last week at 400 milligrams

Hey folks just wanted to give some info to those unfortunate souls ( like myself) who suffer from estro induced gyno.

Epistane has done the trick for me.Ive suffered with bouts since puberty the last episode started around 4-6 months ago.Well its 5 days in @30mg/day and NO MORE PAIN!!! Im also expecting to see shrinkage in the daimeter of the lump.Im very happy as nothing has given me this kind of result especially in 5 days.

As a bonus strength is good,muscle fullness is up,no bloat and no lethargy.Very happy with Epi and I cant wait to see the transformation.

Also Ive tried all sort of other products including RCs and NONE have worked til EPISTANE!

Im now actually on day 7 and the lump is shrinking at an astounding rate!Im a Happy boy whos finaly losing his mini man boob :D

start w/ 2 caps(20mgs) and if you need to, go up 10mgs each week, but dont go above 40mgs. Some users have went w/50-60mgs, but I really think 40 is plenty.

im not seeing much if anything from epi and gyno reduction. still painful to the touch. I still have a little bit of hope but not what i expected at week 2 40mg...

your currently at week 2 now? whats you dosing looked like up to this point?.... i think my tenderness was completely gone by end of week 3... so dont fret yet man its comin. to this day im happy with a lil puffiness and tiny lumps casue its no longer unbearingly painful every time something barely taps it.
 
I'm on day 5 of Epi and am seeing noticable reduction in tenderness and hardness of the knot (about the size of a BB) is going down.

This just cropped up about 3-4 weeks ago and I ran Nolva and ATD during that time. Added a couple weeks of Cab just to be sure..nothing. That combo has gotten rid of it several times before but not this time. Epi really seems to be doing the trick so far. Me likes the fact I can treat gyno AND be on cycle at the same time. Muahahaha.

I'm also up 2 pounds.

I am taking 250 mg a week of test still.
Is that gonna intefere with the epistane getting rid of the soreness and starting gyno
I also just started proviron at 25 mg today,should i also add 20 mg nolvadex
i am taking 400 mg cyclofenil,should i stop the cyclofenil?
I am day 5 of epistane taking 30 mg
 
If youre really that concerned drop the test and run the ,Epi and Nolva and see if you start to get relief.

Playing catchup sucks so get estro down by all means to give yourself a fighting chance at being gyno free.
 
i personally would just get some arimidex(Anastrozole), a strong ass AI that way your test wont keep turning into est and giving you problems and letting epis serm effect start working on your gyno. JMO.
 
the nolvadex,proviron and epistane wont stop the soreness and revesre what is started
what doses of each i take?

is the cyclofenil worth taking?
 
Im going to be starting my cycle of Epistane on Monday. I was wondering what would be a good stack with Epistane? Any suggestions. How about Havoc? Or junglewarefare, any other suggestions? Thanks.

havoc and epistane are the same. well, almost.

Has anyone else gotten gyno from Epistane? I am on day 12 and I've grown lumps under my nipples. I mean, the strength and mass gains are incredible, but I think my body isn't handling this product well. I guess it is time for pct.

I am ending my 2nd week(I take 30 mgs on workout days and 20 on cardio days)and I do not have lumps, but I have gotten some puffiness around the nipple area. My strength has gone through the roof, and the rest of me is leaning out quite nice. I just started Anastrozole at .5mg a day and that almost instantly helped. I am thinking about quitting the Epi though and just going into pct.

are you taking the IBE brand of epi? are you stacking it with something else? did it start while takig epi or after? cause i had preexisting gyno and saw a reduction in size of my gyno.

I am taking the IBE brand. I am on my 13th day of Epistane and have been taking it at 20mg daily. Although i took 30mg yesterday. I never noticed any pre-existing gyno before (but then again I never checked). People have been telling me that this is all in my head... I don't have any itchiness, soreness, but my nipples are puffy (they say puffiness is a symptom... and my nips look puffy, kinda pointing). But I do have lumps just underneath the nipple and what feels like a tiny lump directly behind the nipple. From what I can tell, this is definitely gyno. I am surprised because everyone else claims that this stuff actually reduces gyno. And I am not stacking this with anything. Any suggestions? Am I taking a bad batch?

Edit: I starting noticing this a few days ago only.
 
well after 6 weeks at roughly 30/40/50/60/60-70/70-80 (cant really remember exact dosing) the sensitivity has gone down and lump as well. Definately an improvement but definately not gone.

Stack suggestions:

Havoc = roughly the same compound and say no to two methyls together.

Epi + Formestane + Penetrate + HDX2 + X-Lean

or

Epi + 6-OXO + AlphaXL + Retain2

or

Epi + mass steroidzors + pin cushion from injecting yourself a million zillion times ( jk )

Basically Epi is your strength etc, then add a test booster / AI with an anti cort, I think that would be sweet!

I might start my own thread for this, but I'd thought I'd just give it a shot here first. First of all, ignore my low post amount. I've been coming here for a few years and just like reading. I've researched this subject quite bit so I'm hoping I can get some clarification on Epi.

1) I have never used any anabolics before, and I never really planned on it. However, I have been reading about the gyno reducing effects of Epistane and became interested. I could care less for the body building aspect of the stuff, I am more interested in the gyno reduction.

2) I have very mild gyno, in fact I never really knew I had it until I started going to these boards. I went to a surgeon and was told it would be about $5K to remove it, all soft in case that matter.

3) I've never tried anything to reduce my gyno, but it is so small that even a slight reduction would be great. When people say Epi can reduce gyno, are we talking gyno from puberty? Or people who got it recently from AS?

4) When I first researched it, my first thought was "Why not?" because $100-$200 cycle of this stuff is cheaper than the $5000 I've been saving up. But then I started reading about people getting gyno on Epistane which makes this seem not worth it because it will only make my problem worse.

5) Off topic, in the pulsing (which seems great and I wouldn't mind giving a shot, however I've read it isn't as effective as a straight dosing) thread, Dr. D mentions a "comprehensive gyno attack plan" which includes "using 30mg daily for not less than a month is the optimal protocol it seems for the fastest reduction." (Page 6 of the thread)
I believe he's just referring to a combination of gyno reducing measures all used in conjunction, but if somebody could point me in the right direction or help me connect some of the dots that would be great. I posted this here, because it seems like Epistane is becoming popular with gyno reduction.
I'd like to consider some alternatives to gyno reduction before I commit to the expensive route, so any help would be great, thanks.
