Patrick Arnold, calling you OUT..

inert gases have little to do with this. Resonanance, etc. will still cause degradation.

certainly inert gases will prevent oxidation.

as far as isomerism (i think you meant to say this as opposed to resonance) goes, if a product is prone to reactions that result in inversion of stereochemisty then keeping it cold will slow this down

What type of potential negatives are we talking about? Just curious, as I've been trying to find feedback on Agmatine, but none of it seems conclusive.

to be honest i can't remember all the details. stuff to do with polyamines in cells and perhaps hormones. or toxicity. i would have to look again

yeah, inert gases will prevent oxidation. But I would imagine colder temperature would have a much more pronouced effect on preservation. I wasn't under the impression that steroids were highly oxidative. Let's also not forget that air is already 80% nitrogen.

Yeah, I meant isomerism when I said resonance. I was thinking of electrons/bonds shifting around to change the structure. I guess that's not really resonance.

steroids generally are not highly oxidizable though occasionally some double bonds may form peroxides. and 4-ad actually will slowly dehydrate leaving a 3,5-diene (or it might have been 2,4 - i dunno maybe we should ask some indian phd). we observed that over time. but anyway i was referring to compounds in general not steroids.

of course resonance is a static phenomenon - no changes in basic chemical structure are associated with it.

Yeah, the EasyEJL (guy who mentioned N2) used it for when he used to work for a vitamin company. N2 would be a great for use in that.

They actually pressurize gastanks in airplanes with N2 (or NEA) because if they used regular air, it would blow up. (doesn't really have to do with oxidation, but an interesting tidbit).

i would think they would use helium as it is a gas of low density

i guess the theory would be that at high altitudes the rellative pressure inside these tanks would get so great that they explode.

i dunno

Planes have gone down. There's actually legislation on this now. I had to do a project on this in airplanes when I was a freshman. They usually use membrane filters to make NEA (nitrogen enriched air).

Helium would be too expensive.

But now we're skewing off the topic so much, we're talking about damn airplanes.

well then its not an issue of pressure, more of an issue of autoignition of some sort

autoignition is the concern, however the tank has to be pressurized for the gas line to flow into the engine. If you pressurize the tank with regular air (20% O2), there's too much oxygen under too much pressure with a highly flammable liquid.

Similar to getting Dr D and PA in the same thread, just takes a spark, and boom ;)

He know's his stuff. I just remember seeing some old threads on other forums where you two were at each other's throats.

he came out with formestane to compete with 6-oxo and i fought with him over which was the better pct

and also about whether 1-ad was better than 1,4-add

those were the biggest battles. we no longer compete against each other now though so there is no animosity

every time you buy a bottle of 11-oxo a PM is instantly sent to me with your name on it and your intended message typed in

Everytime you make a product and drop it's price within the price range of regular blue collar workers, you gain more customers = more $dollars

How about you send me a sample bottle as a gesture of your good will?

Much Love,

Neoborn

If you're ever looking for a decent process engineer, I will get my BS Fall '08 (or Spring '09, depeding on whether or not I do another co-op). TVM's are my thang.

Patrick! My buddy! This is surprisingly a good thread! :clap2:

Thanks for your honest feedback! I am interested, however, in why you do not consume your own line of proteins?

I personally LIKE Mass Meal. GF-pro wasn't to my liking but nonetheless, its FREE to you, no?

I believe PA said he is allergic to whey.

i don't consume GF pro because i am allergic to whey

i am also allergic to you

i am watching what is going on with the agmatine stuff from MAN. that stuff was talked about years ago in a magazine called PUMP but then never came out. Now they released it and its controversial. there are potential positives and potential negatives.

if feedback is good then i may consider it as an ingredient in a formula for an ergo product. No disrespect to MAN would be intended because i don't perceive this as an invention of theirs since its potential as supplement was known by many for years. And if it pans out they will get props. similarly if it sucks they will be booed

This stuff?

Mod Edit: Do not link to other stores.

I bought some I-pro raspberry randomly to go with the order of resveratrol I got from giant, and that I-pro is truly kick ass.

I love it, although price wise (compared to a non premium whey like ON), it makes me hesitant to continue buying it as a staple. I have enjoyed it though.

There's a difference between fighting and debating , just to make that clear many people dont understand that.

Anyways Pa,Whats your opinion on Tribulus.

Do you know anything about Tribulus ( Protodioscin's must be 40 % or higher for it to work good) study that was done ?

You are basically right. It's just that sometimes, due to the manner in which the "fighting"/"debating" is conducted, the distinction disappears rather subtly.

winner?

he came out with formestane to compete with 6-oxo and i fought with him over which was the better post cycle therapy

and also about whether 1-ad was better than 1,4-add

those were the biggest battles. we no longer compete against each other now though so there is no animosity

PA, anybody won the above arguments? :run:

the only formal studies i have seen on tribulus have been disappointing. though some animal and in-vitro research suggest possible NO mechanisms

what is the 40% study?

From what i have read it may inhibit protein synthesis :(

when things like this occur with a compound sometimes it is the result of an effect on another key compound (inhibiting its formation or causing its depletion tc).

in these cases you can simply co-supplement the second compound and solve the issue

sort of like DCM and thiamine

dunno if this is such a case of course.

does anyone ever actually "win" any arguments on here?

the internet is like competing in the special olympics. even if you win you are still a retard
real compassionate there, PA! I can see how you "care" for other humans. Jsut because people have mental handicaps, doesn't make them retards! WAY TO BE MAN! WAY TO BE! YOU GET SO MUCH RESPECT FOR COMMENTS LIKE THAT! A$$! :smite:

please accept my apologies macedaddy. you are right, just because you have a mental handicap does not mean you are a retard. it simply means you qualify to be an AX rep
