Patrick Arnold, calling you OUT..

so what si the point of thsi thread,

if PA says what he thinsk good are u gonna make a mad dash to your fav etailor and buy up everything he says?

does his opinion matter that much that your money is hanging in the balance of his reccomendations

if he had anabolic donkey sperm, would u quickly go get it

just curious as to the reason for these threads

opinions are merely that opinions

Well, its pretty obvious that PA understands more of the chemistry behind anabolism than all but a handful of people. And for as much as he does poke holes and take shots at other products, if he says a product other than ergopharm/giant is solid then its believable. Most companies make some fairly incredible (to completely ludicrous) statements about their own products, but when they make positive comments about someone else's products it carries a lot more weight.

I think Patrick minored in persuasive writing. I've seen a lot of people on these boards start abandoning their views and products that they liked and thought worked for them and become slaves to Patrick's written expressed thoughts, views, and opinions. They didn't even TRY the product or hear about the methods or whatever. Pat said so, so let's drop everything and do it. Props to PA for converting the minds of the weak.

I personally do like some of Ergopharm's products. I don't do them because Pat says so, like many of you guys who start your own thread over it. I take a chance like I would any supplement that I logically deduct or induce whether it would provide a positive cost/benefit ratio to ME. Start making decisions for yourselves everyone.

Also, we can not just stop the false claims. They'll always be around.

i am glad to see that there are people on this board that truely practice what they preach and has the condor and balls to be an individual

Hm, interesting. I've been saying this whole thing all along (since I joined) and no one seems to listen. When someone else says what I do then people's heads start turning. Hm, interesting...

LOL.... while you may be worshipped in some arenas..... obviously, THIS ISN'T ONE OF 'EM. :hammer:

Maybe if you make your points by talking on the same level..... without the "I am superior to the rest of you" tact you tend to use....... I don't know, just a suggestion.

Everyone will now bow the the almighty and all-knowing thesinner. If you are lucky, he will let you clean his bathroom for $5. :toofunny:

Jesus Sinner, what's up with all those Crowns? You're like Don King of AM, the Iathola of AMola... haha

When someone reps you, they add ~4% of their rep total to yours. So let's say, Chad and Trip rep me today: that's about a mill.

Good posting, I posted this before but everyone needs to remember that PA has more than enough resources (monstrous lab) to duplicate and sell any product on the market currently (with the exception of grey market steroids, he is on probation). It would be more profitable for him to simply duplicate the products, make the same exact claims as other companies, and use the weight the Ergopharm name carries, and make a fortune off of it. I may be in the minority but I feel that PA is being sincere in his criticism, he could maybe demonstrate a bit more tact and not step on so many toes, but I believe that regardless of his tone, his motives will be questioned. I do not agree with everything he says, I do not purchase Ergo products, but it is good having someone around with the scientific background he has questioning some of the claims that are thrown around. I am all for open discussion.

repped and agree'd i will say amp was always a personal fav. but i agree with what u stated above

u should see bb.com:icon_lol:

I, as a customer who wants the best bang without losing all my tang if you will - do not discriminate against a company because another company does not like them. I really enjoy All In One - I drink it everyday while I'm working out - and the Orange Creme GF Pro is the shiznit as the kids would call it. As far as PA goes, I have never sat down and talked to him, so I can not, and will not subject his reputation JUST because someone other than myself does not "agree" with how he does business. I will admit, though, the way he comes across is a bit arrogant - but he's talking through a computer and the interpretation is in the eye of the person who's reading it - so if you want it to sound snide and crude, then it will. I think the person that I've seen relay a message the best (when it comes to arguing chemistry) is Dr.D - but there again - It's my interpretation

I'll step down off the soapbox now

And remember kids, smoking crack is bad - snorting it - well that's a different story!

Lol, until he starts debating with PA, then all hell breaks loose b/w them.
Honestly though, who here wouldn't take PA's advice and at least actually use some of it in their supplement making decisions. He is one smart mofo. Same with guys like Dr.D., Matt from DS, Par from AVANT, Dinoiii ect. Learn all you can about the supplements from the guys who actually understand all the biological actions of a supplement and then make an informed decision.

"some include

all in one carb free drink while i am at the gym (i put my own dextrose in it at varying amounts)

glycine immediately post workout (about 10 grams)

7-keto DHEA when i am dieting (large amounts, very effective but can make me weak)

casein protein (i am allergic to whey unfortunately)

11-oxo

6-oxo (its an effective AI and i can't beat the price!)

various pro-steroid products some time (if i were making my own 17a-methyl-11-oxotest in my lab i would not tell you nor share it)

resveratrol

curcumin (another wonder phytochem)

sometimes fish oil.

and other stuff from time to time (some of which i can't disclose at this point)

glycine is the simplest amino acid. it is an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brainstem and spinal cord, so it will calm your nerves down quickly after working out. this leads to enhanced nervous system recovery which is very important, probably even more important than muscle cell metabolic recovery. Especially if you use alot of pre-workout stims"

Hahahaha pwned, guess who just got schooled bish?

Much Love,

live and learn right

MOD EDIT: Understand this Einstein. We don't give a **** who's side you are on. When you insult the board or people as a whole, you will get warned and banned if you continue. If you think its stupid, hit the fvckin road.

Alot of the time it can be not what you are saying but how you're saying it and then again sometimes the reverse is true. If people don't listen it's for a reason, just accept it and let it go!

Some have the ears to hear some don't, that's biblical bish!

Much love,

Neoborn

This information about the glycine is very interesting and I have never heard about it. Maybe I'll try adding it to my PWO shake and see if it makes a difference in a month.

I work out at night and take preworkout stims so I could deff use something to relax me after the workout.

I guess this says it all for those yearning to implement Patrick Arnold's recommendation.

I wouldn't be surprised (given what he does for a living) if he still has access to 1AD, 4AD, cream, clear whatever. He probably does less supplementation with popular post ban era products than most of us.

Yeah, he can run a sub kilogram batch of something he wants himself potentially, freeze it sealed with nitrogen so it keeps indefinitely. pretty cool really

inert gases have little to do with this. Resonanance, etc. will still cause degradation.

Ah well, most of my chemistry lab experience comes from organic vitamin related, so we'd store under nitrogen. That was a long time ago anyhow :)

NYC, I love you (in a way not nearly gay enough for you to appreciate) but you need to let it go, man.

From what I could comprehend from this post sounds a bit contradicting, especially from a rep. I mean why be a rep if this was your view?

Why write product write-ups?
Why have reviews and logs?

The last time I checked this is a public, interactive forum that is not ran by the Taliban.

I am not the originator of this thread; however, I was able to understand the objective of this thread, that the majority PA's posts; he scrutinizes other companies products. Therefore, people want to know what PA feels are some products he feels worthy. Not just so they can run out and buy what he says is good in his opinion, but just to hear something positive coming out of his mouth for once.

While not necessarily a list of supps he recommends, here a list of some things he said he used from a thread on bb.com
