OK so most threads recommends 75grams before workout, but how much after or during?

I take around 35-50 grams (combined with other goodies) during workout. Another 75 grams immediately post workout is highly recommended.
 
So if I take 75g post workout, how many "servings" do I get out of the 3.3lb container? I didn't see any measurements on it.

You can take as much as you want, whenever you want. Its just a carb source. What do you have usually post workout? A cup of oats?? Then thats about 50-60g carbs so take 2 scoops to =60g carbs
