I have moved, started a new business, had a baby.

I.O.W. been busy.

I have been in the gym, here and there. Had a job with a lot of heavy lifting so I stayed in pretty good shape, but now it's time to get the diet dialed in again.

For those who do not remember me, I lived in So Cal, had a few nutrition stores, counseled the likes from Ryan Klesko, to Jennifer Capriati, and so on.

I am some what knowledgeable in all aspects of training, and nutrition.

Natural, never used anything, besides crazy 1ad and 4ad stack back in the day...ahh those were the good times. I am not sure if that is even considered natural anymore.

Some of you may remember some adventures I had gotten into with a few lady's, these posts were mainly on the Adult side of the board when there was one.

I was seperated from my wife at the time, but now we are back together, so no more of those stories (thank God)

Anywho...I hope to help anyone I can and ask a few question myself as I have been out of the game for a while.

Welcome back to the board RD!

TN is nice..most of relatives are there around Nashville, Fayetteville and Chattanooga.

Super cute baby, congrats! We just had one ourselves about 8.5 months ago. It's a blast watching them grow and develop a little more personality each day. The fun never ends. lol
 
Yo RD, glad to see some old faces again... been busy with life as well, but still find a way to come back and see what's new from time to time. :cool:

weird, cause I did a search for your name about a week ago to see where you've been :)

COngrats on the new addition to the fam...as well with the pizza shop.
