oh for sure! i used to skate myself but traded it in for one that goes on snow :D... this lil turd though just bugged and acted like he was funny n shii when i dont like being bugged either... just wanted to shut him up.:smite:

im waiting still its through my medical provider and they are enjoying taking there sweet ass time, i check every day on my online lab tests results from my provider page and its not there still.... if its not up by the end of the week im gonna make a call and see :wtf:'s up

Day 9

tonight was my dreaded legs w/o.... that admittedly i havnt done for weeks.... any ways it was still pretty good but as always the squats took it outta me (yes even with the puss ass weight) and messed my stomach up... also this was the first time wifey came back to the gym with me since baby and it slowed it down just a lil bit... still had a mean calf pump and my legs were rubber as i walked out...

One Week Reveiw:
I honestly dont think so far I have experienced much from the Act Ext.... as im a lil puffier and would have to contribute most my weight gain to the creatine monohydrate/water weight, i havnt felt any real drive i would expect from the icarrin or the boost in libido... i think i am going to bump to 5 caps for the rest of my run as its listed 4-6 caps for rec dosage.... hopefully ill see more from this type of dosing.

this was an off day (yesterday) and lemme tell ya... HOLY HELL MY LEGS HURT! thats what i get for taking several weeks off....

other then that all no noticable effects/changes

had a great shoulders workout, didnt have much time to finish a fell routine casue wifey came back late from the beach so i pushed by between sets time down and cranked up the intesity.

yesterday was an off day as so is today. No noticable soreness or any thing else as far as pumps and whatnot are concerned, looking slightly thinner as far as the waist goes and lower back is showing more definitionas well when i normally hold most of my excesss.... probally do measurements tonight or tomorrow to confirm this as weight has been consistant on the scale. Also have noticed a significant increase in acne on my shoulders and upper back, mostly just really red marks that ive come accustomed to getting with strong androgen cycles... gotta figure my test elvels are definately raising.

im still working on the shoulders... it hasnt ever been a constant thing till recently fcause i would always have injuries from snowbaording then lifting heavy through the rest of the year i would continue to reinjure my left one especially... since ive been back from my year off of lifting and boarding and a constant dose of cissus my shoulder has been good and i am slowly but surely moving up the weight used..... my tris have always been retartedly strong..... on my PP cycle 2 years ago i was rope pressing the whole stack.... think it was like 150 for reps....

My experience with Activate X seems to be very similar to what you have described here. I just finished up 4 weeks.

LOL im in the same boat as chad right now... wifey is workin and im on kiddy duty..... but im still getting unemployment so at least its something im contributing... LOL.

n dont knock the mini van till ya been in a real one... i had a transport (pontiac) with a HO 3.8liter v6.... that thing smoked it and me and my brother jumped it across a 5 lane intersection @ 90mph..... LMAO.... was funny till we realized we put a whole in the tranny pan..... of course we couldnt see it cause it was stuck on the frame from doing donuts on the frront of a school lawn right after we jumped it...had to dig it out and have my buddy tow us out @ 2 AM... damn i was a delinquent kid...

alright haven’t logged for a couple days been all caught up in the 1,4AD rush of bulk and figuring it all out as I want to incorporate it into my next cycle BUT I have since added Trisorbagen into the mix and have made strides in the gym and on the scale... I just hope its all LBM...

Day 16
I decided Tuesday to change up my split and add a dedicated arms day so i will run arms on tues now break wed, legs thurs and switched up back to sat and shoulders to fri... if that’s too confusing then just look and follow and you’ll see what my split is.. lol.

well im liking it at 5 caps and even more with the addition of trisorbagen.... i dont know that youd really need more then 6 or 7.... 2 am, 3 pre workout, 2 pm... but in all honesty im still doing great @ 5 caps. seen a loss of fat while maintaining weight and now putting on what im pretty sure is LBM... now i had high test levels to begin with but im sure that this coming in has made that test usable and continued to raise it.. so far poopy liiiiike.
 
glad to hear you're liking it. thinking about running this after pct with diesel test, activate extreme sounds like it would be great after a month of dth.:pizza:
 
Day20

Alright had a kick ass back day... problem is i think it might have been TOO kick ass... sunday (my day off) i felt great then monday round about noon i started getting a twinge in my back and it started cramping up.. im like FTW im getting back pumps from creatine and Act X? well i dont think it was.... the pain never subsided and was worse the next day... i think i may have seriously over worked my back or worse yet done damage to my spine and possibly slipped a disk. ive taken 2 flexeril and 800mg ibuprofen without ANY relief. although after sleeping 12 hours last night i woke p with slightly less pain and hopefully its just a muscular injury and will continue to heal itself and the pain subside. with that i only worked out back on saturday and havnt been lifting since to allow for my back to heal. dosing was normal across off days to keep it in my system and hopefully pick up right were i left off once im healed.

Is blood work part of this log? Only seen one tester on the net with blood work thus far, and it showed no increase in Testosterone.
