Christine and clen

I got those cramps the first week but my workout drink is Extend BCAA's with taurine and beta-alanine and and then i supp with DCP during the day and I have NO cramping at all. I hated those even little things set them off, charlie horses everywhere.
(

Glad you didn't give away the whole formula for THRIVE just yet.

used taruine caps, they helped but i could have used something more... i'm considering running it again but not sure, i'v been on a slow cut for about 6 weeks and am deciding if i want to continue cutting and try for 10% or switch over in a few weeks to a lean bulk for winter

Hmm. I had good fat loss with albuterol and little sides...

I may try this again instead... i used it several months ago during PCT and didn't think much of it at the time but when i look back i realized i was eating over 3000 cals and not doing cardio and still didn't put on much fat post cycle

The one thing i loved about albuterol was taking it pre-workout... that sh*t made my endurance go through the roof

My endurance on the clen has been really good. All in all when I cycle off I'll be getting me some more. My son has asthma and has albuteral and I never did like it. Either way the leaning is all that matters. I just don't want to rebound when I go off it.

have you tried mega dosing aminos? i use scivation xtend and my strenght is through the roof and noticing some muscle gain

I will look into that. I want to lean out but see that nicely muscled look also.

I check my blood pressure every now and then in the stores. Its been fine so far. I'll look into getting one .

Xtend is amazing. I find it hard to drink the amount of water I need without always adding this to it, simply for the taste alone.

I have a question for anyone in here who may have experience with clen:

Anyone ever get like an occasional tingling pulse that shoots down your forearms to your fingertips? This used to happen to me before, but I was taking h-drol / zol / t3 / albuterol and I attributed it to dry joints, but I highly doubt this is the case now. My elbows feel fine and not too dry so it's not that. I think it might be an effect of the albuterol or clen but not sure why it would cause this. My cramping is almost all gone now with the addition of Poseidon / Xtend / taurine, but I have majorly sore calves that even hurt to rub (feels like I overtrained them when I haven't done any calve work for a week). Those are the only sides that are remaining now and are a lil annoying. I can deal with em, but would be cool to know what's causing that.

No not yet. Which do you recommend. Benadryl tends to keep me up at night. I was going to run it in cycles?

That's funny. Benadryl knocks me out. In fact, Tylenol makes a product called Simply Sleep. I used to take that until I realized it was the same thing as Benadryl.

o damn nice

whats serving size for a 200lb dudde

50-100mg will do more than the trick. I'd recommend starting out with 50 to assess your tolerance. I tend to feel sh*tty the next day if I take 100. 100 used more to upregulate andrenergic receptors than as a sleep aid.

A cool thing you can do is take a few minutes to read the labels of the various OTC drugs at your local drugstore. A lot of times, the drug is used in different applications, but will be significantly cheaper for one use than the other. Cross-reference the dosages and save $$$.

It's all good.

You're the first female I've ever seen to use any steroid. And I'm interested in seeing how the Var goes for fatloss.

Not to mention us Ohioans gotta support one another, or else we'll all go crazy(er).

Lol crazier is right!!! Well the var is on the way and i got my new bottle of clen yesterday so we will see. As long as I don't get male sides from it I'm game!

Yeah, I'd prefer you as a female. The board doesn't need more dudes.

What are you dosing the Var at?

Well I got more T3 now. But sadly my clen cycle is coming to an end. I'll definitly add it back in in a few weeks when I cycle back on. Or when the var comes.

However I do seem to be getting a blood everytime i brush my teeth since I've started clen. Is that common?

That blood part sounds funky.

How do you like T3?

Well apart from the fact that it is nasty tasting it seems to be okay. I just don't like the fact that the few days i was off it I was super tired.

Didn't you go off it suddenly though? (Dsade breaking things...) That could have made all the difference.

Lol yes but I don't medically need to be on thyroid. So I wonder how long it will take me to bounce back after I stop taking it. I don't function well super tired, not with three kids to take care of. They are like a pack of wolves. If they sense weakness in the mom they all attack at once while I'm down;)

Oh great...everyone has to know my klutziness. I blame the dog...err, cat...errr, ferret.

I intercepted the goat. I beat up the mailman, disarming his 6-guage, and stole the goat. It was......ok, but I've had better :D

Depends on how slow you taper up and down on it, but I think you were only @ 25mcg right? That's not a high dose so you should bounce back pretty quick.

Check out Now's Thyroid Energy @ NP as well. Has everything you need to support natural thyroid hormone production.

I don't want to imagine three kids. I babysit my little sister (4) for 5 hours and I'm dead tired.

studies show that the thyroid bounces back within weeks even after long term T3 use.

Has anyone worked with you on your diet as well? forgive me if you have covered this.

I could use a little work on the diet. I hate fish so it does not leave me with many choices. I eat steak, buffalo or chicken. The required eggs and broccoli and throw in a carb day at least once a week. I eat natty pb on whole grain double fiber bread a few times a week as well.

Now maybe one way I'm losing ground is the RTD Muscle Milks I drink? I've heard they will make you fat, and I've heard they are good fats your body needs and won't put on weight?

They contain some MCT's which is what they're usng to make their claims; however, the majority of the fat content comes from Canola Oil (poor man's oilive oil). With the high fat content and the addition of gycocyanamine, I tend to stear clear of MuscleMilk.

If you want the benefits of MCT's, which can be helpful for hypothyroidism, try picked up some coconut oil. CO's where it's at! Great natural source of MCT's, and great for cooking. I recommend using it to grill up some veggies (peppers, onions, greens).

you can also pay fry shrimp or scallops in it, with a little pineapple juice, sea salt and black pepper added. Really nice taste that way. Or pan frying them for use with a curry, particularly a jamaican style

I love CO.

It's an awesome butter substitute. Here's a fun CO recipe I tried last week.
