after thinking this over, I realized that I live next to 3 of the top 5 homicide cities in the US...Philly, Camden, and Newark
...and I'm pretty sure those three are top ten in drugs (Philly is probably the only one out of the top 5)...
...I won't say the east coast is all a ghetto, but we do have some pretty hardcore areas.
