Last Day of the cycle!


I really had a short night of disturbed sleep (I wasn't supposed to work in the morning and I was called), and It was really felt through my workout. I would say it was the only workout of the month I was ''not-so-strong''...I'm 100% positive I would have been able to lift 275 on the bench with a good night of sleep, but oh well !...I still gained 35 pounds on my max bench :D

Nothing special on biceps excepting a mad pump, but gained 20 pounds and a few reps on close grip bench press.

Joints were REALLY painful tonight while maxing on bench, and doing some overhead triceps press. I though my elbows were gonna come out of my arms :(...Really time this cycle is over, I just gained too much strenght :( (I think it's one of the error I did in this cycle, not enough fish oil)

So after more reading, here is what I've come with (thanks celc5!)


post cycle therapy Week 1 40 mg Tamoxifen Citrate,25 mg ATD, 2 caps Bad Ass Mass,4 caps AX Retain 2, 1200 mg NAC Ed, 2000 mg Milk thistle ED, 1100 mg Hawthorn Berries

post cycle therapy Week 2 40 mg Tamoxifen Citrate, 50 mg ATD, 2 caps Bad Ass Mass,3 caps AX Retain 2, 1200 mg NAC Ed, 2000 mg Milk thistle ED, 1100 mg Hawthorn Berries

I'm less educated on running cort control products and opinions may vary on dosages for your Retain. If you find any information that suggests to run it an another way than you have planned, please post the link. I need to study that one myself.

Don't be terrified if your weight drops quite a bit in post cycle therapy. PP puts on a lot of water during cycle and creates the ILLUSION that you are losing muscle in post cycle therapy. I bet you'll keep most of of your gains since you have a nice post cycle therapy planned.

excellent results my friend. i must say though your DL figures seem way out of proportion to your bench numbers. Any reason for that?

As far as running cortisol blocker during PCT, it helps a lot keeping LBM gained on cycle since cortisol is a catabolic hormone and its production is increased when you stop taking androgens if I remember correctly.

I'd say maybe 4 caps will be too much though: Cortisol blocker tends to be harsh on joint and I experienced a lot of stiffness in my shoulders/elbows while running Retain 2 at 3 caps ED during my Havoc PCT... It only went better when I dropped to 2 caps, so maybe if your joints continue to bother you drop to 3 caps or even 2... it'll still do the job quite well, without the joint pain.

I didn't take any pictures before hand (sadly), but I'll be posting measurements when I'll have time to do a nice resume of the cycle :)

Yeah joint pain is pretty bad at the moment since I've started taking Retain...It wasn't too bad in the gym tonight though...I'll drop caps if the pain is too much though

POST CYCLE THERAPY DAY 3 UPDATE[/size]​


I won't be posting all my exercice log anymore, but I'll still update from time to time...

I had my first workout tonight since I've started my post cycle therapy, and I'm still gaining strenght like a beast :eek:

I'm down to 190 pounds (So I've lost 2 pounds in 3 days)...

I felt a bit depressed yesterday since I knew I was off-cycle and was afraid to lose all my gains. I was also feeling I had already lost all the muscle mass I gained :rolleyes:...Look like the hormonal imbalance was playing trick on my mind. Tonight workout was awesome as I said though :D. I'm feeling pretty normal at the moment (Don't know if I'm not supposed to anyway)

I'm eating as much as while on-cycle, but I'll probably drop the calories a bit in 4-5 weeks.

That's about it for now folks !

Only downside is that I ****ing hate human ignorance...Friends of mine are telling me I've cheated and that I wouldn't be there without Roids :rolleyes:...I've been eating perfectly for over a year and nobody ever talked about that...I'm never drinking, never taking drugs. I'm going to bed early. And because I've took that, I've become a cheater since roids= no efforts :rolleyes:...**** them...At least people here understand how that works

I was also mad-agressive during the weekend. Almost got into a fight with a friend of mine...I'm not almost baseline as far as agressiveness, so it's all good

I'm already planning my next cycle which I will run in 8+ weeks...Don't know yet what I'm going to do...Any suggestions are really welcome...I'm thinking about stacking epistance/havoc with another non-methylated PH for now. Or if the $$$ permits it, going directly to injectables

The reason you're getting so much help is twofold. You have a really well-planned cycle and pct which draws interest. Secondly, you have a very thorough and informative log... in essence your log GIVES to the board so the board members are doing their best to give back and help you along.

Perosnally, I am sitting on the fence on whether or not to try a PP clone. I will certainly be using your log in the future for my studying :cheers:

I'm doing my best to do good and informative log that are actually giving something back to the board to be used as knowledge in the future. I hate researching about a compound and finding non-detailed log, which are basically useless...

Any updates on how your post cycle therapy went?


I'll post the final update pretty soon guys ;)...Only thing I can say for now is that I only lost 2.5 pounds since the end of the cycle....
 
how about ur huge gains in strength? still there or lost em?

I don't understand but I seriously kept all of them and continued to gains a bit...Only lost a bit of strenght on incline bench but gained on flat. Had my first ****ty workout monday but a friend of mine died the day before so I didn't felt like training at all...And I think that in that case, it was understandable...
