Last Day of the cycle!
I really had a short night of disturbed sleep (I wasn't supposed to work in the morning and I was called), and It was really felt through my workout. I would say it was the only workout of the month I was ''not-so-strong''...I'm 100% positive I would have been able to lift 275 on the bench with a good night of sleep, but oh well !...I still gained 35 pounds on my max bench
Nothing special on biceps excepting a mad pump, but gained 20 pounds and a few reps on close grip bench press.
Joints were REALLY painful tonight while maxing on bench, and doing some overhead triceps press. I though my elbows were gonna come out of my arms
...Really time this cycle is over, I just gained too much strenght
(I think it's one of the error I did in this cycle, not enough fish oil)
