breakfast is usually total with a scoop of whey in skim

lunch i eat a lot of chilli,chicken breast,lean ground beef,deli meats,peanut butter crackers,protien bars,granola bars,whey shakes,peanuts,............any meats i can get ahold of...diet soda,coffee,seltzer water,skim milk...........

I care about where I'm from. And I said it was either a bad joke (sh*tty joke) or an ignorant person (complete moron). It couldve been a bad joke...

So the fact that I care about the place I live and the stigma surrounding it, and I will defend it/attack those who attack it...make sense.

Yes, we are here to support one another, as I do all the time. So maybe you should lighten up and not attack me? I'm not going to get into another e-fight with you D...get over it, move on.
