So uh, Let me be the test case.

Test Prop Injections for Dummies:

Calfs: **** no
Quads: Equally **** no
Traps: hurts but doable
Lats: We shall see
Glutes: not too bad
 
So after 1 week I lifted today, lifts appear to be up roughly 10 LB's. 3 more weeks of prop... ahhh the agony.

As far as how I feel, I can feel my BP is elevated. I'm in very good cardio shape, well at least decent since before the cycle I could run a sub 7 minute mile with my 240ish LB's. I need to keep doing moderate cardio... this is a cutting cycle damn you!

Anyways did a lat inject today. We shall see how it feels tomorrow. I may opt for EOD injects with double the dose. That may suit me better.


Hopefully I'll get big like TROGDOOOOOOOOORRRR!!!!

I found out that lats rule, and so do glutes, and traps. Everything else sucks.


Anyways, hit glutes and lats today. Tomorow will be traps again.



The after the first week, my strength is almost back up to my strongest point of my last cycle. My BF is lower also. Not bad results if I do say so myself.
 
you don't like quads with prop?? I love pinning quads. I wouldn't pin lats or traps. Sore lats and traps = not doing anything for a while.

**** im with Emo on that ****. Not that I've pinned anything but IGF but I hate pinning quads. Dense feeling muscles suck to me. I lub lub lub detls, bi's, tri's, and glutes. Control freak I guess.

ventroglute is like in the middle of your side. This is how I find it:

1.) stand straight up
2.) push your hips out to the left
3.) on your left side you should see a concave effect happen
4.) bring your hips back and the concave goes away and muscle is there
5.) inject into the middle of that

Well my ass has a painful lump in it from the other day. No suprise there, it has that painful test-e in it. Doesn't appear to be infected, just a lump.

It's probably test-e in hydrocholoric acid. That's what it feels like for 3-4 days after inject.

Are you heating your oil before you shoot? If not put your vial in a plastic bag and run it under hot water for a couple minutes, draw and shoot no more pain ;) Shti's bananas :D

I wrap my vial in my heating pad, go take a shower, come back and its nice and hot and ready for me. Kind of like your mom.

its not a godsend. you still have to keep eveything else up to par like diet and training. Not to mention test gives slow gains, its not like orals that you are used to.

Today is officially end of week 2 for the cycle. Gains = ? BF% = lower


Yesterday:

1 hour of cardio on the elliptical.


Today:

Hanging Leg raises (knees to elbows, straight legged)
Dumbell situp's with 50's.
Swiss ball crunches, varying rep range.

9 sets of abs followed by 45 minutes on the elliptical. HR average = 130.

Anyways today is day 17. The cut is going slow, but diet is on point. Strength is going up slowly, while fat is slowly disapearing. This is exactly what I was planning for. I didn't even think it would kick in this soon even with prop. If EQ doesn't even kick until week 6, and test-e till week 5ish, then I haven't seen anything yet. Dosing the AI right now and will be all cycle. Going to run var the last 4-6 weeks to uber cut. :blink:
 
get your diet primed for a cut too, dont forget that and hit up the cardio.

Done and done. Appetite is very maintainable. I'm eating 6 meals a day @ roughly 500 cals a meal. This is below maintenance for me. Also doing cardio 6 days a week. Depending on the day I either do 20 minutes of HIIT, or 45 minutes on the ellitical aiming for a HR of 125.


I eat mostly old fashioned oatmeal, chicken breasts, whey, tuna, spinach, eggs, mushrooms, cottage cheese, natty PB, olive oil, brown rice, and fish oils. Carbs slightly below normal, but still around 150-200 grams a day. Protein is close to 300 grams. fat is around 80-100, but mostly clean from fish oils and olive oil, and natty PB.
 
Blah BP seemed a little high, I forget to dose cycle support and baby aspirin before WO. Ah well, had a palp, but I got em way before I ever started cyclin'.

Did a carb refeed today. Much needed. 1 loaf of italian bread and half a gallon of skim milk = 300 grams of carbs.

Don't worry, I only do a refeed once every 2 weeks. But alas, carbs have been a bit lower lately. Glycogen spilled over into adipose no doubt, but leptin is in check. HIIT cardio should clean up the spill over nicely.
 
Did HIIT cardio yesterday. Mixed it up on the treadmill and elliptical. 10 minutes on the treadmill then did another 10 on the elliptical. Then played some light Bbal, around the world and games like that. Swished a nice half court shot.


Almost done with week 3. BF is down and strength is up. Gotta wait another 3 weeks for the test-e and EQ to kick in... then it's on. Then var says hello not too long after that. Not sure if var will help or not.
