yesterday -
hack squats 2/3 - 410 x 12 (up 30lbs, same reps)
hammer leg curls 2/3 - 100 x 9 (up 10lbs)
standing alt dumb curls 2/3 - 60's x 8 (up 1 rep)
behind back forearm curls 2/3 - 145 x 10 (up 10lbs)
ab machine - 200 x 30
smith calf raises - 405 x 9, 315 x 15, 225 x 15 (30 second breaks)

30 mins cardio

today - 45 mins cardio

carbs have been dropped on high days from 600 to 450. zero carb days remain unchanged.

what does 2/3 mean? Does it mean two out of three were done? I know on Dc training you have an option of doing a set breatheing 15 breathes, doing another set , breathing 15 breathes , than doing another set. is this what is meant?

you do one set than you breathe 15 breathes than do another set?
 
2 seconds concentric/3 seconds eccentric. Also shown as 2:3, or 2/0/3/0

Known as TUT=time under tension

it has been explained probably 40 times in this log. :D
 
Where are the cardio videos???? Clen and T3 good stuff I just added it to my stack..hate the shakes though

only thing that makes me nervous about it is the dosage. just read something recent where one of the companies was a decimal point off so 100mcg's was 1000mcg's. supposedly, 2 people had heart attacks and a host of others with a bunch of problems. so, everytime i start a new bottle, i start at what should be 10-20mcg's and see how it goes.

Left Ventrical Hypertrophy is a very real threat with Clen/ECA/Alb... coupled with AAS, it's even more probable.

CG v-handle pulldowns 2/3 - 210 x 9 (up 10lbs)
deads (raw) - 445 x 5 (still easy, up 20lbs)

is there something that points clen at Left Ventrical Hypertrophy?

Strange I had read an abstract before and was trying to cite it, when I came up with this:

Keep in mind that "remodelling" seems to be reversing dilation of the LV in that case, and in mice. Reversing dilation can be construed as thickening the walls... hypertrophy? Meh, not a good case for my point.

There is a lot of reports with B-2 and A-2 agonists on mice. Go figure.

But look at it this way my friend, the link I had in my post before this shows that the hypertrophy of the left ventricle wall is from higher blood pressure and increased heart rate. You definitely get increased heartrate with Clen/ECA/Stims in general, and you definitely get increased blood pressure with AAS. Also, not to completely simplify my point or anything, AAS=hypertrophy.

I just would really keep it moderate if you are going to use it. But I know you are anyways, so just consider this me being concerned. :D

cool deal, thanks for your concern brutha. on blood pressure meds currently, and holding at 116/70 pretty consistently. what you say makes sense and i will keep it in mind. like you said though, my dosages won't exceed 50mcg's per day. i don't want that jittery feeling, just looking for a little help towards my goal. same deal with T3, i won't exceed 75mcg's. everything i take nowadays is a low dose, even the creatine is 500mg/wk. gardenia honey at 3 TBS ed. not crazy by my standards.
 
What did happen to this Glen guy. Unless I dose mine every other day to compensate for the half life and only go one drop then I want to die on it. The clen is making me vomit and shake with facial pain and heart racing if i go 3 drops. With one every other day I seem to be fine, but is it enough to be useful?

I think less is more with almost everything these days, but I'm also completely clinically insane, so take that with a grain of salty human blood flesh kill rend maim stab stab stab stab stab:rant:

yes, i don't think the jitters mean anything useful, and definitely not healthy.
 
I'm going to try one more drop today, see how one a day goes. If it bothers me I'm going back to every other day. Its not worth feeling like you want to die!!

Totally agree on this, when I scaled back my doses to the 50-80mcg range the jitters were gone and progress stayed the same.

Okay then the bottle says 200mcg/ml 50ml. So then is one drop 200 mcg? If so do you think it is enough for 1 time a day? The sides are better at that dose, no shaking, mild nausea that goes away for awhile if I eat.

How is the dosing going for you Beezle? Is it working for you? Are you gaining or losing muscle and strength with the T3 .I took that to back my clen dose but I want to gain muscle...
 
crader, no way is one drop a ML...more like the entire dropper is a ML...

Is there markings on your dropper? If not, run over to your local drug store or supermarket and pick up a baby dropper. They work great.
 
yeah, one drop i would venture to say is 10mcg's or less. if that is the case, i don't know of a dropper that would be able to measure that. but having another one definitely won't hurt, those tick marks are nice.

and 1 hr of push mower work, followed by 15 mins of weed eating. fun fun.

Now was that a motorized push mower or one of the old fashioned dealies....cause if it was an old fashioned deals that's some good cardio, and be honest after all that yard work there must've been a couple of cold ones afterwards :cheers:

motorized, still required pushing with a heat index of 110. and normally, there would have been a few beers but with the diet, everything is too strict. i have a few on cheat day but that's it.
