Looking forward to them. How much did you try? My favorite is two caps of course lol but hey I guess I'm just a junkie ;).

yeah....must be! LOL! Mine should come in today or tomorrow...first thing I'm gonna do is wash a couple down with a big swig of neurobalance! Kidding...although that may be a good combo for the occasional weekend coma.

Yeah I've tried it, DEF. put me down, although there could be some GABA receptor competition in there as well.

yeahright has a log in the supp. log section if you want to check it out, he used it for stress reduction yesterday.

ALL I can say is wow!!!!!!!! once i laid down i was asleep in no time.I was extremely relaxed which is not normal after i do arms and then run a mile. I have to admit I was a little skeptical but now i am a believer..To top it all off I dont have the "sleeping pill hangover". I will deffinately be buying this quite often.

Lol, yeah I got my bottles of X Lean and X Dream in the mail yesterday and had similar results. I'm going to give some to the girlfriend and see how she likes them. Nice work IBE:thumbsup: .

I have some on order, even though I didn't have the money. I guess the phone bill will just have to wait!. Anyway, I was wondering is this something that should be taken every night?. Or should I just save it for days I have trouble sleeping. I wouldn't want to get addicted to it, and I could see how it could happen. You could get such good sleep on it, and your body get used to it that you "need" it to get sleep so you would end up worse off then before you even took it...Reasonable?. So I am thinking only take it maybe twice a week at the most. What does everyone think?

I would use it EOD if you have serious sleep problems as to keep maximiun effectiveness.

I took two X-Dream caps last night about an hour before my desired bedtime, and it had a pretty quick effect. I was noticeably slowed down within about 20 minutes.

The effect is very similar to a low-dose benzodiazepene -- e.g., 2.5 mg of chlorazediapoxide.

I didn't think the effects were enjoyable, but it is the only OTC sleep product that I've tried that has a noticeable effect. I'll be curious to see some more feedback from other people.

I'd definitely be cautious about ED usage. As far as I know, all benzo's have receptor downregulation, and they also tend to decrease quality of sleep (less REM sleep). I woke up feeling great, however.

Congrats to IBE on a product that works.

Hmm. I can say that this stuff makes me dream my ass off. However, I'm not getting the calming effect people keep talking about. Never did drugs so can't relate. Also, I'm not effected by any stimulants I've taken so far either(no xplode, vaso xplode, amp, stimulant x). Oh well, A+ on the dreams though. Holy ****, dream after dream that I can actually remember after I've awaken which is a first. Also, I wake up refreshed and ready to move unlike most of the time, I just want to stay in the bed from morning to night. Lastly, it took me a while to fall asleep like it usually does so no noticeable effect there. But... it being used for dreaming, its GREAT! Calm, relaxing, and falling asleep for me, an individual different from the masses, didn't work too well. Oh well. Good product though for its name.

When I said that the effects weren't enjoyable, I didn't mean that they were unenjoyable -- just that, for me, X-Dream behaves like a low-dose narcotic, which means that it basically slows down parts of the brain.

I didn't get anything euphoric from it.

It would definitely hinder sex, at least at the 2-cap dosage.

I dont think it will hinder sex at least not for me......Hell thats what I was dreaming about...lol......I am only taking one tonight but thursday I will take 2 again and I will let you know.

As far as euphoria goes I was there. Thats unfortunate you didnt experience it.

Haha slower brain = better sleep. My biggest problem falling asleep is I think about EVERYTHING under the sun and it distracts me. No sleep product won't slow the brain.

Trench: That is interesting for sure. If you don't respond to Stim-X or X-Force or any of those then I guess I could see you being a non responder to the relaxant effects but it is good news that you are feeling more refreshed in the morning. The dreams also give a good sign that you are sleeping better :).

I've been taking x-dream everyday now.. noticed something last night that was quite odd.... yet enjoyable. I took about a hour and a half before bed... When I was in bed for only 5 minutes or so, I felt my whole body numb in a good way. Very odd indeed but I liked it. I kept still and then got tingly sensations all over I cant explain! Then, I felt a weird pressure on my head that wasnt too swift so I shook it free while my body remain a cool tingly numby sensation still... Then I must have fell asleep because I dreamed that bats started flying around in my room from a hole in the wall... lol. Didn't even recognize it was a dream till I woke up.

Anyways, This stuff works for me in a weird way if I keep still and maybe its starting to work that I am forcing my body to take it everyday lol...

Any suggestions why its doing stuff like this now??

Maybe you should lay off the weed while taking X-DREAM
Kinda sounds like you mixed your "X" in with your X-DREAM...lol....jk

After 1 week --

the effects were unfortunately much weaker on successive nights. Even 3 caps on an empty stomach wasn't close to 2 caps the first time. I've taken two nights off now, and might wait a little longer, or until I really need to sleep well.

For me, at least, this seems to be effective only on an occasional basis.

I still want to give props to IBE for bringing something new, interesting, and conditionally effective, to the market.

Yeah, I actually cycle between X-Dream and Neurobalance. I thought it would really bring the effectiveness down but it doesn't, I still get different feelings from each.

Unfortunately due to the strength of these compounds, a lot like LR3 IGF-1, receptor down regulation is prevalent as your body becomes accustomed to it.

So you're saying that cycling between the two prevents your building up a tolerance to each?

Thanks I needed a warm fuzzy feeling moment today!

one major thing i noticed is i wake up earlier, and instead of being tired i feel refreshed and ready to go. One other thing i noticed is i wake up with some seriouse morning wood!!!

i just ordered another bottle and some x-lean! I really hope this stuff works as good as x-dream and x-force.

How is X-Dreams for sleep maintenance issues? I can get to sleep just fine, but tend to wake up 3-4 hours later and have a hard time getting back to sleep.

seems to work great for me. If i do wake up in a couple of hours falling back asleep is as easy as closeing my eyes.

Xdream really rocks.. i just order another 2 tonoght i gonna try to stack Xdream and phenibut powder..Do you guys see any problem with this combo?

This is what I did last night, pop in the original Predator movie and when it starts go ahead and take some X-Dream. Let yourself fall asleep about an hour into it, that was the coolest dream I have ever had! Me and Jesse Ventura got into a knife fight in a swamp it was awesome!!! and.... I woke up without even hitting my snooze button!

LOL! Sounds like i will be watching predator tonight.

The only downside will be increased down regulation of receptors and decreased sensitivity to it. I recommend not doing it every night, but as far as safety is concerned, I don't see a problem at all.

What is better as far as dosing? Empty stomach or does it matter? I like to eat my biggest meals before bed.

Well I just answered my question...I just ate a full plate of lasanga and other crap and dosed 2 right after I ate and the effects so far seem slightly better!

If X-Dream works for you, consider yourself lucky. I get a slight buzz from it and feel somewhat tired, but it keeps me awake. This is one product I will surely never buy again.

Its effects are getting less and less with each use....I dont understand how it keeps people awake. You are the second person to post that......Maybe if you lay down before the "buzz" kicks in you will be able to fall asleep.

GABA products need to be taken intermittently or they lose effectiveness. X-Dream should only be used 2 to 3 times a week.

Ya i know but even at 2 or 3 times a week it seems less and less.dont get me wrong i love the product for a variety of different reasons,(euphoria,anti-anxiety,sleep,etc.).
