I would not take it without carbs Easy, you may get the hypo effect. Personally though, I do not get it, nor did I get it with Yellow Gold or R-ala. So it really depends on how you feel. Try taking it with no carbs, see how you feel, then if you start to feel light headed, eat them!

I felt it a little with YG, but never anything else.....

some times i dont even take carbs with it cause im in a hurry and no side effects, but with AP i felt really bad if it went more than 1 hr and i didnt had any carbs
