the hephalumph is so cool. Actually if you had kids you'd appreciate winnie the pooh. Any child silencers are good things :D

i was reading that thread a few minutes ago. but im going to let it go. im not a good logger so i might just let someone else take a chance @ it. leviathan rocks i have use it in the past and still have a few caps. i havent used incarnate but it must be good PAL has never let me down. talking about pal im waiting on 3 bottles that i ordered today really early along side some other stuff

im thinking on taking a post and pre workout drink of WMS+leucine+glycerol ms
