In college when I got down to 3.5 percent body fat I was eating a full large can of tuna in spring water by itself for breakfast chased by 32 OZ of water. Ironically enough, I was eating 2 cheese burger at 10, 3 at 12, and 4 at 5 with a protein bar at 2 (fyi we had an all you could eat buffet complete with chinese food, burgers fries, hogies, salad, oh and super custom omelttes to order in the mornings for a flat fee in college, best damned food at a U in the US, private U.). I'd throw in some breakstones before I hit the sack. Loads of creatine and a protein shake before/after workout between 7-9. 2 hours of cardio or 2 hours of lifting every night.

I was squating 375, deadlifting 425, and benching 275 at 185 lbs 6'4". I may need chemical assistance to reach those levels again without Jamie Eason as my trainer!

I was going for maximum protein load with the burgers, as they were the highest protein to carb ratio in there, so just water no fries or other carbs. That and I was training with one of the U football players and mimicking his eating.

Since I have been lifting. I don't think I have ever been below 10%....well maybe I have, but I like to say I never have so when I finally do it will be some achievement :fool2:

That meal plan sounds like a good deal, especially if you got the 3.5% bodyfat. The dorms at my university had buffets, but they were only open 3x per day. But living in apartments the past few years, I've only managed to get to around 6%, maybe slightly less, but with all clean food: stuff like asparagus, green beans, tuna, oatmeal, whole almonds. I'd love to be able to go for cheeseburgers all day.

Deadlifting is hard for you tall people, right? I've always excelled at it, maybe because I'm kind of short. Hmm, except 5'9" is not far below the average for American males...

I've got to hand it to you guys. I have no idea what this thread is about. But this thread seems to hold the record for the longest BS thread that has not be shut down. I don't even think I have received even one "reported post" on this.
:goodpost:

@xjsynx, are half of all your total posts in this thread alone :whip:

Your kindness is appreciated B5150. Carry on with your good work, let me know if any members of my stable get outta line. The hand is heavy........

P.S.~ Up until post #10,000 or so, this was on track..... it has slightly derailed, but will evolve back into a contest of epic proportions should it survive long enough to see the day. Long Live Applied Nutriceuticals.

Deadlifting is only hard if you have a weak back / legs. I am all legs and back, with a side of chest and arms.

I went to state throwing discuss (all back baby).

I have a really strong core, so deadlifting is easy. True, I have further to travel, but if you can squat, and you have a strong back, deadlifting is child's play as long as your form is good. It's all in the form, same with discuss.

BS, no no... Just good clean fun!

This is the penultimate thread'o'AM.

I'm one of those strange people's that would rather squat, hacksquat, and deadlift than bench any day of the week.

Satire, what's your best in discus? (high school size disc I assume?)

I slang a few disc in my day.... not enough to make it to state. I think I had a best of around 140 in practice, 130 in meets. Not bad for my high school build of 5'8" 155 lbs. of weakness. No back here..... just focus and concentration to form perfection.

My coach one year won state.... something around 215 I think at the state meet.

My track coach was former US soccer team, learned how to throw discuss from a book lol...

Current TX state record is 194'5 I believe set last year by guy in Austin. Probably will walk onto the University of Texas track team.

The current world record with an olympic discus is 243.044619 feet

State record is 194????????????????? I'm gonna do some checking to make sure my memory is correct.... I am 95% the guy who coached me was launching into the 200's on a regular basis. (Of course he was like 6'3", had like 4 foot long arms, and was probably 225 and 5% bodyfat......)

Indiana's discus record is 217' 1"

Shotput is the big thing in texas, guy's tossing it out to almost 70'.

Discuss is more of the skinny guy who can't move a shotput thing. I couldn't get a shotput over 43' but I could blast the hell out of a discus (long arms, strong back, lots of leverage 6'4").

The fat ass shotputters get the track girls in texas. There's no girls cheering for the discus throwers. Although we did all get in some massive hot tubs with the girls of the track team afterwards!

FYI, track girl sprinters have the most beautiful legs/arses ever.

lol..... who'd of thought? Up here, the shotputter's are lovingly referred to as "Fatties". They actually ran a non-official race at the end in a lot of meets, the "Fatty, Fatty 4x400". Shotputter's get NO action. lol. It's rare to have someone watch the event in a meet. LOL

That's xjsynx's responsibility. We'll need to walk the line to stay in B5150's good graces, however. Perhaps B has a request he'd like to see? My #1 mangina XJ can hook it up...........
