I had some Heidi's Whole Wheat Cottage Cheese pancakes for dinner last night. I can't find them on the web to post up the nutritional info, my wife gets them. But they have two cups of cottage cheese, an egg,and one cup of mix. They were outstanding!

Manu, I must have way repped you already. Like the crowns though...got two myself!

BTW, Lane has us on a random interval reinforcement schedule, kind of like at the slots. He's not basing his rewards on anything but his mood, and I like it!

Thanks for fixing my Spanish, it is very rusty. I haven't used it at all in about three years since I lived in Philly and worked with hispanic children at an after school program. It sucked then too really, they laughed at my accent...

I'm actually looking into trips to Mexico for next summer with my wife. Thinking maybe Tulum or Cancun area. We've been to both before so it may be a comfort thing.

Cabo is a pretty far plane ride from the east coast, and if it was only so so, I'm not taking that flight. I don't fear planes, I just don't like sitting in one place for hours...

I dig cancun. Save your caysh and stay at the Palace resorts with the all inclusive. The lil lady and I love it. We stood at the Sun Palace in June it was sweet with no kids. Then the free tours and all you can drink and eat is off the hook.

They also have hotels in the Playa de Carmen area/Tulum.

I hear you though on the comfort thing though.

We actually looked at the Palace site the other night, looked nice. We definitely want to avoid the kids but want to go somewhere with things to do like a nightclub and bars, not to mention beach and pools.

Sun Palace is nice, because you can still catch the bus to the clubs, only a few minutes out. No kids at the hotel or beach, and the beach is very nice. I also like the beach at Cancun Palace.

Moon Palace is too far out, and the water is blah. Only taxi into town and it is $20 bones each way.

When you stay at the palace resorts you can go kick it at any of the resorts too.

I've also stayed at the Palace resort by Playa de Carmen. Now that is way out. hour Taxi ride into Cancun and $40 bones each way.

Thanks for the info, we were thinking all inclusive adult only type of vacation, this fits perfect. Any trouble going to/coming back from Cancun or is it constant tourists???

They just added a new terminal in Cancun. It has never been easier to clear customs and teh like. At least for us. We had flown in and left on a Tuesday.

Just make sure you have your passport and you are good to go.

But it is hard to beat the Palace resorts all-inclusive. I love it, and Sun Palace is great if you don't mind not having all the excitment at the hotel. They have little shows and stuff, but not too much going on at the hotel. But like I said, if you want the activies of water volleyball and teh like, just go kick it at Cancun Palace for the day...
