Don't know yet, I can't remember what I won from the contest! When the pack comes I will see, lol. As for right now, I am taking Trenadrol, BCAA's, Reset AD, and Osteo-C. So I will just add what I get to the mix.
Now I'm jealous, everyone is getting care packages but me. Guess I'll do the only logical thing - NutraPlanet order time!!!
Let's see, here's my plan,
2 bottles RPM
2 bars of that Java soap, or whatever it is called that seems to be great on scars since I have many.
And something else to stack with my YG supply...maybe some IGF-2 or Activate Extreme....
Oh yeah, and a bottle of Aspire36 for good measure!
i hope you are lucky enouf to get some java lather, i have tried to make several orders and its out
actually this past order 3 things in my shopping cart werent available. so i had to take them out
X-lean, X-dream, and java lather
Well, sure they are always cheaper to get in prison![]()
and don't make fun of my lack of basic biology skills from earlier...even a three year old can tell a cat from a dog!

I'll tell you what upsets your stomach, its called Alli! My mom bought some at costco and said she wasn't going to use it, so she gave it to me. Well, let me tell you, it works well at doing it's job, but man, you are on the toilet 5-6 times a day! I took it just as some damage control for the weekend (movie popcorn, candy, pizza). After you crap you can see all the fat in the toilet all crapped out. Cool that it works, but man, be near a bathroom if your gonna take it!:dump:
Reminds me... I have $20 canadian sitting here.... gotta find a place to exchange it up.
How are the results for the java lather.

hmmmm.... I've personally used l-tyrosine w/ it. it has mucuna in it already, but I've stack Lipo-PM with it, which is extra mucuna. The others, i haven't heard specific reports on. Is this list a product you have in mind?
honest mistake....... i knows a pussy when I sees one.......
Do you know if anyone has stacked some of these other ingredients with IGF-2? It sounds like a good combo
4-amino-3-Phenylbutric Acid
Gamma Amino Butyric Acid
Macuna Pruriens Extract (standardized to 20% L-Dopa)
L-Arginine HCL
L-Tyrosine
L-Phenylaline
Vitamin B-6
(as Pyridoxine HCL) 10mg 500%
It's alright.... I found the damn thing on the ground. You think I'd deliberately have Canadian money? lol
Myth, don't touch that crap! You'll be looking at vitamin deficiences on top of stained underpants. Another FDA blunder.................
Guys, guys, I know it isn't healthy to do all the time, but one meal where you don't absorb the fats is not bad for you at all. I would never use this so that I could eat bad all the time. Heck I would not even buy it, I just got it for free and thought it would be nice to use on my cheat meals! Plus, I get plenty of vitamins throughout my day, I eat alot of fruit and veggies!
excess cals make you fat, not carbs. So when cheating, if I take this, I cut out a good portion of the fat I eat, thus lowering my cals, and lowering my fat gain. When you cheat, you know you are going to gain some fat, its nice to be able to lower how much you will put on. I don't cheat all to often either BTW.
actually, try taking a high carb load diet at maintenance calories. I guarantee that you will gain fat over time.
carbs make you soft!
"you must spread some reputation around before giving it to Manu20 again"....tried brutha
You guys are right. Anyone remember "America on the Move".... the program that was nationwide a few years back promoting the pedometers and walking more? The guy who started it spoke here a few years back (he is in charge of a national weight loss research institute or something). He preached that calories in vs. calories out was the bottom line. I asked him to compare a man who ate 2000 calories of twinkies vs. a man who ate 2000 calories of vegetables, fats and protein. He said that if all things otherwise were the same, the men would gain and lose weight at a similar rate.
I wanted to slap him.

I still don't believe in calories anyhow, since they are calculated by burning the materials. So duh, of course oils create more heat than sugar. And since your body uses a chemical process to break down food vs heat, i dont know if our conceptions are meaningful at all. After all, how do Ketogenic diets work at all then? I've lost weight while taking in 4000+ cal a day on an atkins diet
Well...he might be right, in that he didn't specify the type of weight gain/loss each would be doing. The twinky guy would probably gain fat and lose muscle, while the other one would probably gain muscle and lose fat. By just looking at weight as one #, though, the rate of gain/loss could be fairly similar. Who knows, I don't think anyone is willing to go on the twinky diet for research purposes.
Yeah, I'd say that carbs have a greater affinity for making you fat. Due to the greater insulin response to them over any other macro.
But if it's truly maintenance calories, then you shouldn't be gaining much of anything on a high carb load diet. That is, if you're getting adequate protein to preserve muscle mass. Otherwise, you're probably going to stay the same weight, but displace muscle mass with fat.
In the short term, yes.... but long term, they would skew away from each other greatly.... it's like maintenance on a machine.... if you take poor care, it gradually functions worse and worse....
Definitely, the twinkies just don't have enough protein or vitamins/minerals to sustain off of.
