I have just this week started taking 3 scoops of xtend from scivation along with BCAA caps. My strength has been the best ever on every lift. Is this possible with BCAA's???????

BCAAs reduce catabolism, which allows for better recovery and muscle growth and leads to strength gains.

Entirely possible. Look for the poll about favorite natural anabolic. It's no wonder why mega-dosing bcaas is one of the top rated options. Mega dosing bcaas can be a pain in the ass to administer but can have really great outcomes. When cutting(or even recomping) I feel like it is an absolute must!

Although I didn't quite believe you when were were talking about this in another thread, since I don't care about money I bought the kilo of bulk bcaas and probably now am doing 20-30g on strength workout days and 10-15g on cardio days, and there is a noticeable difference :) not so sure on recovery really but i'm an old bastard

do you think mixing calcium powder to cut the acidity of the drink..xcell, xtend would interfere with adsorption of the bcaas?

I am a huge skeptic and it took me about 6 months or so to finally try BCAAs. Once I did try them, I realized how much impact they had on my training.

Me as well i wouldn't use less than 20g's, now i'm shooting for 40-50g's once my Xtend gets here :head:

You really don't need eaa as you are getting them from protein like food or shakes. BCAA's are not bad at all. Even just having 5 grams with each meal alone can add up to 20+ grams a day.

Is it worth stacking purle wraath and bcaa tablets with green bulge, multi vitamin and protein?or should i cut out purple wraath

im taking these ones

Biotest BCAA 250 Tablets

I'm quite sure you could find a much cheaper source of bcaa tablets try nutra the now bcaa tabs are cheaper though not as much per serving but you could buy almost 2 bottles of this compared to 1 of the biotest

I to recently added bcaas about a month and half ago. 15-20 grams a day. 5 upon waking, 5 pre workout, 5 post workout and 5 with my final shake before bed. I have to say I'm impressed. I've held more muscle and strength during dieting and feel much better and fuller during workouts. Did NOT expect that. I might as well set up a monthly direct deposit with nutraplanet at this point!

wow. i have a bag o excell that i still have not finished, im still skeptical but damn everyone is using them and say it is great but im cheap so the price gets me sometimes. I would agree with them during dieting and cutting (which i never do) but, with bulking i just never justified the price and i havent taken them steady. When i did take it i noticed more endurance during workouts but thats about it.

is nxcares aminoval any good or should i go with the x tend

BCAAs are BCAAs. Ones aren't better than others.

I (and others would) recommend Excell and Xtend based off of taste and value(price per serving). I also recommend bulk BCAA because of the price(best price). Some people really really dislike the taste of the bulk BCAAs but that doesn't bother me. In fact, like I stated before, mixing your bulk BCAA with some of the flavored stuff knocks the bad taste right out.

The only reason I would say take the pills is if you absolutely refuse to use the powder form (flavored of not). But those are usually not worth the money, IMO.

Do a little cost analysis to help you find out how much you are willing to spend.
