How did you get the guy off the phone so that you could use the Hammer Strength incline?

Today, I decided to do extra cardio. Why? My legs are sore and they could use some blood flow and I knew it would help a ton after flying on a plane yesterday. Thus, after my carb meal last night that made me FULL HARD AND GRAINY, here is what I did:

4am: Wake up, 1 Dialene 4 + 5mg Yohimbine HCl + 2 grams ALCALEAN
4:30am: 30 mins LI Cardio while watching O'Reilly and sippin on da xtend
5am: WORK
6am: DA GYM

Lower Back
lower abs
standing calves

Pull ups
Lateral Raise
Low Rows
Front raise
Hammer strength rows
smith shoulder press
smith behind the back shrugs
rear delt machine
shrugs with abduction start
DB rear delts
Decline Sit ups

3 Dialene 4, 5mg yohimbine hcl + 2 g ALCALEAN then...
45 mins LI Cardio

12 scoops Xtend for the YEAH BUDDY crew

8am: WORK
 
Looks like you guys are having fun and getting lean..I wish I could do the all fish protein, but I just absolutely hate the taste of fish.
 
Christine, tilapia has no taste. Just use some Walden's Farms dressing and your good to go.

Or emerils essence, or adobo, or montreal steak seasoning or carribean jerk or chinese 5 spice or garlic salt or chili powder or Old Bay or any of the Lawry's marinade/sauces. Tilapia completely rocks just because of that, it can taste like whaterver you want. Plus walmart + sams club sell it packed in individually vacuum sealed 4oz fillets in a 4lb box. Right about at 23g of protein in the 4oz of fish, a nice single serve.

Today I woke up at 5am, did cardio from 5:30 until 6:15, ate breakfast with Kambria and Katie, and then met Jason at the gym. We tore hamstrings and GLUTES up! Here are some notables...

Deadlift: Up to 405 for 5
Leg Curl: 5 sets
Walking Lunges: 55lb DB each hand, 8 reps each leg, 4 sets
Seated Leg Curl: 4 sets and 1 big drop set
Extreme stiff leg deadlift stretch: 1 set for 60 seconds total
Calves, Abs

Then for cardio, 2.5 hours mowing the lawn!

I also did another session walking with my dogs for 40 mins tonight then I posed for 15mins while sipping Xtend.

Diet was on point, but there is no need to say that as I NEVER slip off the plan. I was holding some water today, but by the evening ab veins were disturbingly in.

184 pounds YEAH BUDDY. All I have is a little bit of glutes and lower abs to lose.

6 weeks until video, 14 until the Clash.

Well, 6 weeks out from the video and it is time to kick it into overdrive! I am steady at 185 and have my carb meal tonight. Chuck and Derek are VERY pleased with my conditioning considering I am 14 WEEKS out from the Clash and 17 weeks out from the NQ--The Kentucky Muscle. I have ab veins in for 80% of the day and the glutes are starting to show some progress.

Today I did BACK and since I need to bring it up, I killed it. Here is some of what I did:

Wake up and do 40 mins LI cardio

Lower back with 65lbs for 15 reps and 4 sets
3 sets crunches
Rows up to 225 for 6
Lat Pull Downs
CG T-Bar Rows
Standing overhead cable pulldown
Low Rows
Cable rows with PEAK contraction
Donkey calves
Abs

45 mins LI Cardio


I was REALLY jacked. I am going to take this next six week period EXTRA SERIOUS! As for how I feel, since becoming a Pescetarian, I have more energy than Ike Turner on crack AND smack! YEAH BUDDY!
 
This is yesterday at 185. To say I am not proud of myself would make me a liar.

14 weeks until the CLASH, 17 weeks until the NQ in Kentucky, and 6 weeks until the video shoot.

186.5 POST Carb Meal

Did my 40 minutes of cardio upon waking then ate and went to the gym. There I hit some serious shoulders!

DB Press up to 80lb for 7
Smith machine shoulder press
Behind back smith shrugs
Lateral Raises
DB Shrugs up to 140 for 12!
Rear Delt Machine

CLEAN CARDIO!
135 x 10 for 2 sets
185 x 3 for 4 sets
205 x 3 for 1 set
185 x 3 for 7 sets

30 mins LI Cardio

Looked VERY good today. Carb Meal = Good.
 
What a workout! Did the 45 minutes of cardio upon waking with Xtend and Dialene 4 in mah belly and then ate and went to the gym! Today was a SUPER FUN day--Quads and Chest!

DB Incline Press

Looking good Marc. Waist is looking like it has tightened up a lot. A thing that does surprise me is lacking some detail when compared to your front...but you have tons of time!

Today is great!

I woke up at 3:15am, spoke to some international accounts, and the went on a 50 minute walk. I then came home, worked while eating, then went to the gym and arrived at 6am. ARM DAY BABY! The pump was stupid-good. Here is what I did:

Calves: 4 sets
Lower back extensions with 70lb DB: 4 sets 15
Hanging leg raises: 4 sets of 12

Close Grip Bench
Cambered Bar Curls for VOLUME-like 8 sets of 6-8 with varying reps
DB skullkrushers
Alternate curls

Cable Pressdown superset with rope hammer curls

Dips
Preacher Curls

Donkey Calves
Decline Sit Ups

45 minutes INCLINE TREADMILL

All fueled by vasocharge, Xtend, Primal EAA and Dialene 4.

184 this morning and DRY AND HARD! Carb Meal tonight!

According to Derek and Chuck, I am between 5.5 and 6% bodyfat!

Morning Update:

Weighed 183.5 POST carb meal (carb meal was last night) this morning. I am in the freaking zone! Just did my 50 mins LI Cardio and am off to the gym to rock some back and shoulders.

Looking dry and HARD!
 
Looking good MArc. Curious as to your thoughts on using PRimal EAA vs. Xtend during weight training? Whats your protocol for the EAA?? also it seems the EAA would be more cost effective as u would use less servings during your workout? Thanks!

I use 1 scoop of Primal EAA with Xtend. If I had to choose one or the other, Xtend wins HANDS DOWN, IMO.

Primal EAA compliments yet doesn't replace Xtend for workout nutrition.

I just got back from my morning cardio after taking three Dialene 4 + 10mg Primaforce Yohimbine HCl + 2 grams Primaforce Alcalean and of course, four scoops of Xtend--YEAH BUDDY! Check out Derek and my article on this STACK: Invalid Link Removed.

Yesterday, I had a sick superset workout for shoulders and back. I was inspired to do this by my friend Lin from Europa. He told me of a method where he'd do 10 reps of rows superset immediately (no weight change and no putting the bar down) with deadlifts. I did this and WOW! YEAH BUDDY!

Here is what I did yesterday broken down:

3:20am: Wake up and take the Stubborn Fat Stack and check emails/talk with international accounts.

3:50am: Walk dogs for 50 minutes.

4:40am: Eat and work. I ate:
10 egg whites made into a flat pancake and 10g Almond butter spread over it with sucralose on top (YUM!!!)
1/2 cup broccoli

5:40am: Start sipping Xtend and Primal EAA and head for gym

5:55am: WORKOUT!

lower back up to 70lbs for 15 reps
Decline sit ups

Row/Deadift Superset
5 sets

Lateral Raise/Smith shoulder press superset
5 sets

Abductor Shrugs/behind back smith shrugs
5 sets

Lat Pull Downs
3 sets

Rear delt machine
3 sets

Donkey Calves
4 sets


45 mins LI cardio

I think it would be great! You have the backbone stack now, why not throw down the "Triple threat- fat demolishing" stack of D4, yohimbine, and alcalean?
 
I have been noticing that you aren't doing the sprints like you used to. I have also stopped doing the HIIT for cardio once I started getting into the meat of my cut. I just feel like I can't recover enough on restricted cals and the chance of injury scares me!

HELL NO! I pulled my hamstring doing sprints four weeks ago. I now have changed my stance on HIT while dieting for a show and DO NOT recommend it. My fat loss has increased since switching to LI cardio as you can see in this thread.

Looking big in lean Mark. Keep up the awesome work. All the details seem to be coming in nicely. Can't wait to see how you look come video shoot. Should be pretty insane.

WoW! I can really see a difference in your back and hammies. Awesome! Also your front double bi is your shot....really shows your width and u can even see that thickness from the front.
