As a third amendment to the constitution we would replace all public libraries with public gym's, and make everyone a free member of the national fitness club after they pay their taxes. Fat asses would get a discount from a frequent workout punch out, whereby they are required to where monitoring equipment while in the gym to make sure they're not cheating!

Since google will have indexed all known works by then, we will have a complete digital record searchable and available in real time, so libraries will no longer be necessary.
 
Seriously imagine all the world records being set on a daily basis. You would be able to have the Olympics every 2 years...

Exactly :) Ever heard of 'soma'? It's from a fun little book called Fahrenheit 451. Sex is a societally mandated activity, and rejects are forced to goto rehabilitation where all the other rejects are required to bang each other to remain 'healthy'. And everyone takes soma, which makes them perfectly healthy, and happy all the time. They just die at like age 40.
