Alrighty then .... just scanned the past few dozen pages. There were actually a few substantial discussions sprinked amongst all the whoring.

Very Impressive.

:bruce3:

there's still not a single 'r' in it, though, it should be more common

notice that your sentence only has the R in there, no others. Its unlikely, but not impossible by any stretch. And if there are only 3-4 words total there, its not unbelievable that there are no Rs. I think it may be backwards too

Backwards was my guess. I've been trying to read it in reverse dropping letters. It sucks.

Last time I drove down 95 Arlington was still in Virginia. Hey, maybe they moved it...

Arlington = BungHole of Dallas Fortworth.

The reason they're building the Cowboy's stadium there? They think it'll 'fix' the sprawling Arlington Ghetto.

It certainly didn't work for Atlanta!

he said it's supposed to be simple, so I'm trying only solutions that involve one transformation

I tried the first part only and came up with nothing.
I tried the end only and came up blank.

I think my time has come to retire from the word scramble nightmare...

The Right Reps

For hamstring hypertrophy, do low reps in a leg curl machine and higher reps in stiff leg deadlifts, Romanian dead, reverse hyper, and back extension. The reason why is because when you're working your hip extensors you're also working your glutes and erector spinae and those tend to be higher rep muscles. In other words, if you're using the leg curl machine you should be using eight reps or less. Someone with a higher training age may only need three reps, but use a higher amount of sets, like 10 sets of 3.

Hey, this is great advice. I gotta be more disciplined in training my hammies.

I saw an article that said working on your back, specifically rows, will help with your bench more than anything else. I'll try to find the article....
