and to answer your question NO!!!! M-drol is a superdrol clone and a serm is necessary. IMO!

Water is like non-existent....gyno is troubling me a tad, but its not from this cycle, its from my superdrol cycle 2.5 months ago. Not a biggy tho....it has stopped.

Cable Crossovers with the attachment pretty low so its like I am bringing it up --- good for lower pecs. Don't really remember weight.


BACK!!!


Lat Pulldowns: 125x20, 145x12, 225x12, 245x8.


T-Bar Rows: 4 plates for 12, 5 plates for 8, 6 for 6.


CG Cable Pulls: Dunno how to list weight really.


Good Mornings: 135x12 for 3 sets.


Weights felt GOOOOOOD today fellaz....real good. Lookin for some more creative ideas on back exercises fellaz. List something you do that I might not be thinking of....something other than the obv. that works good for you.
