1. Who are you?

Great question. I’m 23 years old, and relatively new to bodybuilding. I have worked out for several years prior, but I never got too serious with it until last September. I was 22 years old, and weighed 148 pounds at 5’11. By Christmas of that year, I got my weight up to 175 pounds with no supplementation other than a multi-vitamin. I eventually found myself at 182 pounds and needed to cut, which leaves me where I am now at 175 pounds at around 10 or 11% bodyfat. I decided to forego the “summer cut” and bulk up, even though I live in Florida and it’s summer.

I’m bulking, so I eat a lot, 3500, on the upwards of 4200 calories a day. What I eat differs from day to day, but an example of what I eat is as follows:
1. Breakfast: Bowl of cereal and a bowl of granola with 2% or skim milk, 1 whey protein shake, blueberries, 1 cup of oats chopped up in my protein shake.
2. Post W/O snack: A banana and 2 scoops of whey
3. Lunch: Usually ¾ pound of lean ground beef, or ¾ of a pound of chicken, 1 cup of brown rice
4. Snack: Protein bar and a granola bar or two
5. Dinner: A pound of meat, either steak, chicken, or pork. I usually have rice or noodles (whole grain) and a vegetable, and possibly some bread if I feel like it
6. Snack A very large peanut butter and jelly sandwich, 2 scoops of Muscle Milk and 2 cups of milk
Yeah, it’s not the cleanest diet ever, but it’s not bad, and it’s worked for me in the past, I will fine tune it as necessary.

You can do 3 tomorrow, then go to 5 a day on sat. Best way to take 5 a day is 2-1-1 unless u want to "put it to use" at night, then 1-1-2. Best way to take 3 a day is 2am, 1pm, or 1-1-1.

Off day today, I'm lazy on Sundays, I don't like doing much. I took 2 pills morning, 2 pills afternoon, 1 pill at night. After my second serving of pills, my libido went through the roof. I also feel "good", with what I would describe as a more alpha male attitude, I'm really looking forward to testing this new attitude out in the gym tomorrow.

Today was one of the best workouts I have had in a while, I had been excited to hit the gym since last night, so when I did I worked out hard. The pumps I got today were insane, similar to the ones I experienced in the earlier stages of Green Bulge. Libido is still through the roof and I'm in a positive mood.

Had to work all day today 12-11:30, so it was an off day, but I still took my 5 pills. Throughout the day I am in a very, very positive mood, and so far, little things that usually make me very angry have not been. My libido is still way up, and I'm really looking forward to getting to the gym tomorrow. Thursday is the day I will ramp these up to 6 a day.

Off day today, worked all day. My lower back is pretty sore from yesterdays workout. Tomorrow is also the big day, 6 caps, I'm excited.

5 caps today, feeling of well being remains, which is odd because usually I hate everything when I have to work. Libido is still high.

So far I've only taken 4 pills today, but later this evening I will take 2 more, then stay at 6 a day until the end of this log.

Thanks for the info kabuki, the only problem with that is that I wake up at around 11 lol, so it's hard to make that time my second dose. I wonder what the reasoning is behind that?
 
it was effecting the quality of my sleep when the last dose was to close to bedtime. maybe the ginsing.

Oh really? I took one last night right before I fell asleep and slept for 9 hours straight, I'll try to space them out better so that I can get my last serving in much earlier. Thanks for the info!
 
I would most defintely go with your bodies natural biorhythm and just space it like suggested 4hrs - 5hrs between doses, when you first get up, then 4-5hrs later etc then again etc.

yep, thats the best way, first dose when u get up, then about 4 hours 2nd dose, then about 4-5 hours 3rd dose. For me I get a big Nitric Oxide boost from DIESEL TEST Hardcore so I cannot take them after 7pm or I will be thirsty all night.

I think I just realized why I shouldn't take DT late at night. Last night, I went up to 6 pills, when I was usually only taking 1 at night, I took 2, and I was up until about 5 am (took the pills at 1 am), and you're right, I was thirsty as all hell. I'm about to get on a better sleep schedule anyways, going to bed earlier and waking up earlier.

Every time I ever used an AI, I got sick, cold-like symptoms after about 2 weeks of using them. ActivaTe was great, and it put me in a GREAT mood, which was really one of the things I was hoping DT HC would do, and after the second day of taking it, my mood was increased greatly. NOW TestoJack didn't do anything for me, I took it for about 3 weeks then just stopped because it had no effect

I took all 6 pills again today, however this time I took my last serving much earlier, about 4-5 hours before I went to sleep. This seemed to help me out a lot as I fell right asleep last night.

Other observations: I'm feeling great, my mood is still way up. I haven't noticed any increased aggression, which is weird because I can be hostile sometimes as it is. My libido is still sky high.

The libido started kicking in after 2 pills. I knew this because I was looking at sub-standard chicks thinking maybe I should go talk to them. The mood was after about the second or third day, stinging nettle improves my mood for some reason.

Here is where the DT was put to the test. I got very few hours of sleep last night unfortunately, and I had to force myself to the gym. After a few reps during my first set, I started feeling motivated, and had the alpha male mentality. I made it through my workout, and it ended up being a very good workout. Pumps were incredible, libido and mood are still way up.

Rest Day

Today, I had the usual good mood/increased libido. My chest was a little sore, but it is after every chest workout. Something that became noticeable today was increased aggression. Being from Florida, I have to deal with 85 year olds driving all the time, usually 23mph in a 45mph zone, this usually makes me angry, but yesterday I was screaming and cussing. Then I went back to feeling good haha.

Great workout today, I woke up pretty damn late which sometimes screws my workout up because I feel pressed for time, well today I have a day off so that is certainly not the case. I went up on the deadlift today and that felt great. My biceps are finally starting to gain more size. Pumps were incredible again, and I had that alpha male attitude the whole time. Mood and libido, still on the up.

Sure no problem. Yes, I will stay at 6 for the remainder of the log, I've had no ill side effects, only positive ones, so I don't see a need to drop back or anything.

Did ur mood and libido go up all of a sudden one day during the log, or did it creap up? Also are you getting an increase in training intensity and pumps?

My mood went up quick in one day, and it has stayed there, it has something to do with the stinging nettle, every product I have tried, save for one, with stinging nettle has increased my mood tremendously. The libido started off slow, then by day 5 or so was in full swing.

And yes, in about every entry I've mentioned my pumps have been sick, and I have that alpha male attitude in the gym which is helping me work out much harder.

I later saw the comment on pumps in the other entries, anyway glad its working good for you. On DTH I dont get better pumps, but I train like a machine. I dont get better pumps from 2 much of anything because my daily protein intake is low (cant have whey, dont like to eat all day). The last 2 weeks I dont even feel like working out due to being drained from work, but once that 2nd or 3rd warm up set is done its on. Like when I was using Raw Test and DT 2010 pre-workout.

I had that exact same thing happen to me, I mentioned it in one of my entries, but I had little to no sleep the night before and I was just beat, I had to drag myself to go to the gym because I don't use any pre-workout supplements. After my second set on the bench I got this drive that came out of no where and ended up having an incredible workout.
