Just pre workout and in the morning on off days.

Second question has a 100 variables, but done correctly, I think you will be impressed with the outcome.
 
if a person is taking p-insulin and ap, does one still take ap pre workout then along side the p insulin?

I love the combo.

I suggest you try Pslin first pre workout and than try a few workouts with the stack.
 
It suggest that you use oats. Im allergic to oats. Should I just get 100g carbs from wms?

same question here. I'm not allergic, but I don't think I could force down 100g of oats in one serving :P I had a hard enough time with 50g

really...grind em up good in your blender before you put liquid and protein in it...helps alot

Im still allergic tho. If I eat anything with wheat, oats, rye, barley, Ill die. So should I just stick to getting my 100g from wms?
 
I was talkin to easy....it will still be fine with WMS, i just found the pump more pronounced and more energy/endurance from oats personally

Why does the oats work better? Would you reccomend something better for me besides mws..or is that look like the best idea?
 
not sure....my muscle just felt rediculously full when takin p-slin and 100g of oats with 30-35 g of isolate.....for a while after myworkout i couldnt stop starin at my arms, chest and shoulders in the mirror.....great product.

muscle just felt fuller, not sure exactly why, Jacob will chime in soon im sure.

**btw Jacob answeing all these p-slin questions is worth approximately 2 bottles i figure!..hahaha

jk bro, dont mind talking up supps that do what they are suppose to and claim to do
 
I think the reasoning for the oats was ready availability. if you have a grocery store, you have oats. that way too it was consistent for all testers too, and they didn't have to play with the digestion of different substances to see timing.

I'm using the bulk YG, but i'm seriously twitching on buying someof the pslin at this price. I had really hoped to win some from the contest.... I'm going supplement broke
 
I cant wait for my bottle of p-slin to arrive. Still hastn shipped. The suspense is killing me.
 
you'll love it....just follow eat lots of carbs in your pre-meal. I went shy on the the first few...40g, then 50....at 100g its much much more noticible

dammit, you all talked me into the purple koolaid, I ordered 2 bottles. I've already got some kwikcarb on the way from NP, so hopefully thats all I need, instead of messing up my coffee grinder on oats ;)

haha what about using a blender?
 
I'm not sure how fine it needs to be, I don't think a blender would really do it dry. and I think thats the point with the grinder, get it super fine to begin with so it doesn't absorb as much water and get so thick

Dang, make sure you PM me next time you are looking for reps :) USP is getting around 60-70% of my total supplement dollar as it is, if you come up with much more innovative amazing products i'm going to have to sell a child or a kidney or something

depends on which kid, and hmm smoke free for 3 years now, and well damn, hardly drinking since january when I started working out again other than one saturday at a baby shower/keg party. :D And I took anabolic pump beforehand :D

Beer has barley, and barley is a complex carb right?
