Partially...because Poseidon-BA was meant to be taken in conjunction with Poseidon (which has plenty of shilajit), for cost reasons and for import reasons, we left it out of Poseidon-BA.

first of all let me say Siiiiiii-iiiiiick!
great addition to an already great product!

now secondly let me ask this.... what have you done about the taste? i have bulk cit maleate laying around and hvnt had the chance to try some BA yet but im sure its bout the same taste wise as all these other bitter/tangy NO powders out so tell me youve donse something to mask the taste or better yet mae it somehow tasteless again.... and is it still gonna be a purdy pink color?

cant wait to try this out guys, agian great job!

The taste has a slight, slight tartness to it from the CM. Still goes good with anything you want to mix it with, and goes down easy by itself. The pink color is off the hook with this one....

Thanks for the kind words poopy! It has a kind of "tangy" taste to it, but not unpleasant. We decided not to flavor it again as we feel it is a much "cleaner" product with no added artificial colorings or flavors...just 100% natural performance in a container! ;)

yea sounds good, means i can still mix it in with my gatorade ad not have to worry bout someone elses funky flavoring making it taste all whacky :thumbsup: .... when is this availabe?... ill have to wait to try it myself as i have very low fundage as of right now but still interested and on my list

Its a screen name I came up with 10 years ago when I used to be a huge metal head. It started off as Metrobal, which mean Metal+Rob(my name) combined making Metrobal. Then I dropped the "L" for some reason which I cant remember.

I will be looking to follow your dosing protocol, please add any input or suggestions if needed:

If I train early afternoon
  • AM - p-BA + 1/2 Poseidon + Xtend
  • PRE-WO - p-BA + 1/2 Poseidon + Xtend
  • PERI-WO - Poseidon + Xtend
  • POST-WO - Poseidon + BCAA's
  • Prior to dinner or Bedtime - Poseidon + Xtend

If I train late Evening
  • AM - p-BA + 1/2 Poseidon + Xtend
  • Prior to lunch - Poseidon + Xtend
  • PRE-WO - p-BA + 1/2 Poseidon + Xtend
  • PERI-WO - Poseidon + Xtend
  • POST-WO - Poseidon + BCAA's

We also are not suggesting that you take Poseidon-BA INSTEAD OF Poseidon but rather in conjunction with it. [highlight]I take one serving of Poseidon-BA and 1/2 serving of Poseidon first thing in the morning and 30 min's prior to workout. I also take one serving Poseidon prior to lunch, one during my workout (sipped on) and one more prior to bed. This makes a total of 2 servings Poseidon-BA and 4 servings of Poseidon.[/highlight] If I'm training hard or if I feel I need the added recovery, I add 1 more serving of Poseidon-BA Post workout.

sure thing. You prob already answered this about a hundred times. But when is swell going to be available? Is it unflavored?
 
So here is a question that I don't know how to phrase properly, but will try anyways.

When you are working out, your body dehydrates correct?
I've read that "hard" water or mineralized water actually takes a longer time to hydrate.

Thus, wouldn't it be wiser to not take it near your workouts/peri-workout? Optimally, you'd want to re-hydrate as quickly as possible here correct?

Your body dehydrates due to the release of electrolyte components(sodium, potassium, magnesium) and subsequent loss of water. Replacement of the mineral loss will give you optimal levels of hydration for extended and effective performance enhancement both before, during and after.

Hard water is referring to high amounts of Calcium which is not present in Poseidon.

We are shooting for an early September Release date as stated. It will be unflavored and, like Poseidon, has very little taste and mixes well with just about anything. :thumbsup:
