i did a $hit load of lifts. was there for over 2 hours.
the key to Anadrol is to overpower the feeling like $hit by loading up on enough stims to kill a horse.

clen is my new secret weapon(low dose).....that stuff rocks.. especially for cardio...i do have a strong love for ephedra too!! My workouts are always better with a little stimmin action.
 
Well I took 110mcg today, and I'm good. Will be 125 tomorrow.:run:

God chad dont start with that dose.......i take like 50 every now and then....i took 100 the first time...big mistake .i was shakin like a SS's mom...haha.....but it is good stuff....Def gotta work the tollerance up

Also, tripdog and Chad, you both seem to have great physiques. How much cardio do you both do per week? What intensity and duration?

I don't see the problem i hope right back into 100mcgs, then i'm back to 150-200mcg is like a day or two, embrace the shakes EMBRACE I SAY! :lol:

i mix it up a lot but ill try to give you the basics.

5:30am Bowl of oatmeal and a protein shake
7:30am peanutbutter and banana sandwitch big glass of skim milk and some cookies.
10:30am ham and turkey sandwitch and some baked lays potato chips with 2% milk cheese and a protein shake.
12:30pm some sort of pasta and a few slices of wheat bread with fat free cheese and glass of skim milk.
3:00pm more oatmeal and lots of water.
5:30pm (post workout meal) can of vegatareian baked beans, 3-4 slices of wheat bread, protein shake and a cookie!
6:30 protein shake
9:00pm ham and turkey sandwitch and a lean pocket with some skim milk.
11:00pm rice with almonds and a lean pocket and a protein shake.
2:30am oatmeal and skim milk and some pizza! :pizza:


ill sneak some sweets in there too but thats the basic diet.

i do like 5 min on the cardio pre workout. i put the tread mill at full incline at about speed 4. oh and i try to have lots of sex.

yeah if you`re on test prop that is the 4th most important thing in your life.

1-working out
2-eating
3-pinning your gear
4- getting your nut off. :pizza:
 
Chad, obviously you know what the hell your doing, but have you ever had your diet where your protein sources come from whole foods more than shakes? Just cuz from the looks of it, shakes make up alot of your protein intake.

well yeah ill sub a can of tuna a few times a day but i really lost my desire for meat.
ill eat eggs and chile a lot too.
 
Ya, i hear ya on the meat bro. I just think that for some, the protein aspect whether it comes from shakes or whole foods can be somewhat blown out of proportion. Ive done it with whole foods and also with more shakes, and really the difference in gains is minimal.

yeah when i was poor a few years ago and running a tren cycle i was living off of protein shakes and still blew up pretty nasty. but its always good to have some soild protein too.

Diesel strong...

watch it with using Stims and especially A-2 Adrenoreceptor agonists concurrent with AAS.

Your heart won't be too happy with you in the long run. I have a friend who has pretty serious cardiac issues for this very reason.
