Actually ive used delts 4 my last 4 injections and they arent even sore, im kinda iffy about trying out the quad, for abs i just do, crunches, crunches on an incline, hanging leg lifts, and i use the rope to do some weighted movements, just concentrate hard on flexing your abs when you are working them, otherwise your hips will do a lot of work
i was nervous the first time i did quads, but it is easier than glutes. never even feel the needle slide in and no awkward bending or twisting to get your shot either if you give them to yourself.
