LMAO, i hear ya, i guess i should have said its difficult for me to put on mass period, muscle OR fat, right now i can only gain about 1lbs every 1.5 weeks and practically HAVE to run a cycle in order to put it on faster and not die from over eating.... i still put away 3900 cals @ 185 lbs and cant put on ANY weight at a decent rate unless "on".... other then that thanks for the check :D

I hate fat people as well (including myself lol). Worse yet is that I have two roomates both guys that do nothing but cardio and carry zero muscle mass. They constantly call me fat because I eat a lot more than they do. One day I call them out and tell them they are coming to get their BF tested with me. I tested 12%, and they were both in the 14-16% range. Needless to say whenever they say I eat a lot they hear from me - STFU you fat fvcks.

i just had a AMAZING chest/tri workout.

i weighed myself before i started and im down to 258. so i was like " fcuk my power is going to be gone" NOPE!

today was a pretty short workout but i was very happy with it.
OH YEAH i take some ephedrine today. i haven`t had any in over a year. WOW i miss that stuff! i feel soooooooo good.

side note- i deadlifted yesterday 425x2. i NEVER workout the day after deadlifts but im just tooo gangsta i guess.

even tho my strength is still ok im a little worried that i dropped from 276lbs to 258lbs in a little over 4 weeks.
PLUS my abs look worse. the skin looks loose.

ya i'll be runnin the sustanon. i've taken winny before and my joints hurt but it wasn't unbearable.

and also i'm bumping the sust up to 1000mg a week. with tren at 75/day and the dbol. should kick ass!!!

looks good. i have nothing against winny i just have elbow joint problems from time to time and i know winny would fire it up.
