Kwik Karb carbs

Could someone please tell me how many grams of carbohydrates are in a serving of kwik karb? I searched and found nothing except scooper estimates on total gram weight, and im assuming its not a 1:1 ratio; so if I weigh out say 50 grams, how many carbs is that? I am pre-contest and need to know exactly how many carbs and calories i am consuming. Thanks!

It is a pure product, which means 50 grams of Kwik Karb would give you 50 grams of carbs.

I get about 33 grams in a 70cc scooper.

I was curious about the GI of KK? Can it be used as an "anytime" carb or is it really only suited for pre/post workout?

I would HIGHLY recommend Kwik Karb for Before/During/Immediately after workout only.

I have been meaning to experiment with KK for use with some WPI immediately after waking up in the morning as well, but I have not had a chance yet.

I would not take KK any other times of the day.

Dsade, I am going to be using a number of your productas including KK with pgcl in an attempt to control some of its downsides. I really wonder if we can address this KK issue, is what the poster above said accurate? Is it about a .5g density per cc? Will a TBS yeild about 7 grams? Or a scooper yeild about half it's volume?

I am going to use KK, BCAA and poseiden VERY heavily for the next 2 weeks with pgcl and this is an important issue for myself.

Yes, it is an accurate guideline...1/2 gram per cc is close enough for government work.

Good to hear. Well KK is going to be breaking some new ground as an easily absorbed meal substitute while on PGCL as soon as my order gets here.

So just to fit this into something I can more easily measure with regular measuring cups, 1/4 cup is around 29g? The math shows 1/4 cup as 59ccs
