sorry guys wasnt on at all yesterday i had some important stuf to do that ended up goin sourer...
anyways, my weight is still 244 when i weighed in yesterday. yesterday was also a rest day so i ate some extra calories...alrite ill be honest i was stressed out to the max so i ate a triple cheeseburger, frosty and fries which i cant even remember the last time i had! the funny thing is it really didnt taste that good.
i have some more results i wanna record i have definatly noticed serious hardness to my chest, arms, legs a loss in fat around my abbdominals. my arms have a serious rounding to them which makes my girl happy at which point she goes down and makes me happy :thumbsup:

still suspect your bf% is goin down? considering muslces are harder and abdominals are showing but weight has been maintained? whens your next estimated caliper test?
 
yea i believe that bodyfat% is still dropping prolly not as much but we will see. monday morning will be when i get tested again it was supposed to bne this tuesday but it fell through
 
on wenseday strength was amazing, i trained shoulders i moved up to seated military press at 90s with relative ease for sets of 8 when i normally stay around 70 cuz of the shakiness
 
WOW thats some weight to be holdin over your head! my poor shoulders would slip in an instant... my biggest hinderance when movin up in weight are my sh*tty joints.
 
yea it was alrite i was worried about my joints but i was fine. also what surprised me is i did 7 sets of barbell shrugs at 225 normally by set 3 i am beat but i just kept going

no need to get worked up... just felt that for such a new product(like one that isnt even released yet) a more detailed log would be helpful

Yes, and a triple cheeseburger too! lol

I don't think people really understand what 3AD is capable of. It's really not like anything else you have ever tried probably. What is it good for? An anabolic (bulker) with a fair amount of androgenic effect (good libido and gym) that has great anti-cort effects (fat loss) and anti-e properties (cutter). Very versatile, but you just have to try it to understand. A log can't really tell you anyway.

dont worry feller ill be logging my exp and get enough details to fill yo little gullet till ya choke..... but until then im beyond thankfull for the insight we are receiving on this otherwise unknown supplement, thanks big schmidt :thumbsup:
 
haha the doc is right. poopy i look forward ot seeing ur log i dont doubt that it will be better than mine! i am just enjoying taking it and logging my experiance. ithought i would bring up that i am still at 4 and at this number i have seen the best results and i have also noticed a bit of acne on my back where if it ever shows up that will be the area but its worth getting the popped for the good effects i am seeing at this number which have been the most notice of leaning out and strength along wit libido that needs contstant addressing...lol

Oh no! Poopy-style logs are almost TOO detailed. Page after page of how he can just keep going and going in the bed room elaborating on the libido effects and stuff. Oh wait, those are my logs. :woohoo:

Start loading her full of fish oil, 5g/d minimum! My wife looked like she was gonna be early too, real early, so I tried this method. She ended up walking around dilated at 3cm for almost a month! The doc said she'd never seen anything like it and was just gonna finally have to induce, my wife looked at me and I just kinda turned away whistling, lol.

ya i have the concentrate DHA and EPA in 500mg and 200mg respectively per pill i have her taking 3 times a day.... she hates it.

sorry guys i havnt had access to a computer all weekend and was extremley busy. i did keep everything logged in a notebook and will have it up in the next hour or so. i never did reach a dose of 5 simply cuz it seems that at 4 my aggression was getting higher but almost out of hand at sum points. i will post some more updates a lil later i got sum more business to get to first

Yep, no doubt about this. And hopefully it's not a c-section. My wife had to keep her panties on for 6 weeks after. :nono:
