New IBE: Site and Customer Support

I just want to announce that we have a new customer support e-mail address at [email protected] . We are attempting to increase the level of service to the customer and I will be personally attending to this box every day to assist with the large volume that we have been getting in recent times. I want to apologize to anyone who has had some trouble getting responses in the last few months. We have gone through a growth spurt as of recently and we assure you that only positive things have come from it!

One of the most exciting things that we have been working on is our new look! IBE is going through a transformation and we are extremely excited to introduce this new look to everyone. Along with this new look will be our new products and labels. We will be introducing X-Dream and X-Lean in the coming weeks and feel that you guys are really going to love these innovative additions to the IBE line of products.

Here is a teaser of what the new site is going to look like :D. Should be up tomorrow sometime.

All I can say is it was clearly very cold in there when she was photographed and she even looks wet! Come on IBE, that's no way to treat your models. I mean, at least call me next time so I can be there to help comfort her a little or something. Man, it's tough being a stone cold gentleman but somebody has to do it apparently. :D

What did I tell you guys about taking pictures of my girl!!!!!!! The check better be in the mail!!!!! :D

Come on D, you know when IBE tasks me with finding a model and getting pictures done of her that I will do it right :D. NO LYING DOWN ON THE NICE, HOT:woohoo: BEACH HERE! lol
 
I think you should have all elected ME as the sexy IBE model :p hahaha

Love the new site. I been waiting forever for that to get done. Love the labels to! Cant wait to see how the products look up in Muscular Development. Working with clear channel radio for nationwide radio advertisement. Next it's TV commercial. :)

i love the new site, flippin awesome! the model is damn hot to! do we get one with every purchase of matrix? lol I have to try the matrix, i have tried allot of IBEs stuff but cant say i have tried matrix, xlean or xforce as of yet. Dr. D, did you have a hand in the making of it or was it the creation of LMD?

Yes, I had a hand in Matrix (first thing I worked on at IBE actually), but LMD got to take all the pics of the model, so I'm still not pleased! I am SOOO underutilized here, lol. :D
 
I have a few bottles of Matrix that I haven't tried yet. I'm LOVIN the X-Foce :run:!!! Do you recommend I substitute the Matrix for the X-Force pre-workout, or try it for something like going out to the bar, etc.?

Definitely a different feel. X-Force takes a little longer to get going but definitely lasts longer. If you drink a Matrix really fast, you are in for one hell of a ride lol. Almost as good as the model gave me during that photoshoot! Haha okay so it was more thought based, but hey ;).

As for the Matrix, it is one of the few I can say I took a larger part in. We started it a bit before D came on, but we can attribute the newest lineup solely to him. I started taking on more of a sales role, although I am trying to get back into helping with product development. Did I mention him and I are the number 1 guinea pigs? lol

Dr.D drinking the lower dosed stuff---->:drunk: <-----LMD drinking the higher dosed stuff that Dr.D gave him to see what a higher dose would do :D
 
Did you guys sell out of the gallon containers of matrix? Like the site by the way, the X-force bottle is cool.

Those are by request only, but I don't see a problem with it if you are interested. Now we have the orange flavor.

I agree, I have never figured out why they don't make energy drinks in large quantities. Once everything is finalized with Matrix, I can assure you we are going to make a gallon-sized jug for sale.

My only issue with the gallon jug I had before was that I needed to keep it up on a high shelf so the kids didn't think it was koolaid or something and pour themselves a glass. They're hyper-enough little monkeys as it is without filling them with designer stims.
