Kwik Karb

What's the gram breakdown per scoop/teaspoon and roughly how many servings per container?

From the number I weighed out, you are looking at around 1/2 gram per cc. For a standard 70cc scoop, it came in around 35 grams.

As for servings, that depends on how much you are taking per serving. Post workout, I would take in around 50-60 grams, meaning a kilo would give you 20 servings or so.

Mine says 1/4 tsp = 600 mg. It took 11 tsp to fill a normal protein scooper, so that gives 26.4 g per scoop, not compacted. Sounds right??

Edit: Oh, and I recorder EVETYTHING I eat, Would this just be considered 26 g carbs?

I took my scoop from my cytocarb powder. I took 1/4" teaspoon until it filled and it came out to 15grams. Sure would be nice if NP included a scoop that says so much grams per scoop ;)

This stuff is amazing though. I don't know how much "pumps" i've noticed but I gained weight really fast adding this stuff 2x a day to shakes and no bloat like malto. I really like mixing this with on vanilla whey, hersheys dark cocoa, milk, and 2 teaspoons of sugar. It tastes like a oreo smoothie!

im a little confused as to how much can fit in a standard protien scoop...i usually use 2 scoops Post workout. So there is no accurate way except for using a teaspoon and filling the scoop right?

A 70cc (pretty standard) protein scoop will yield you between 30-35g.

2 scoops will net you 60-70g

its accurate enough for me :) I don't think you'll miss the 3-4g difference per serving
