Think about the sustainability of this type of person. I mean, if all the fatties suddenly became zombies, would there be enough live peoples' flesh to feed them all, or would the little zombie 7 year old eat them all herself??

Yes, this is sad. This child's parents should be prosecuted.
 
dude ... that is rediculous. is there some kind of health problem she has to gain that much weight so fast or are the parents to blame for feeding her so much? i didn't think it was humanely possible to be a 7 y/o girl and weigh 400lb!

I think its a combination health prob and crappy diet. I like how any food you see her eating or asking for is not the greatest choices for her situation.
 
I'm guessing the parents' irresponsability coupled with possible metabolic issues have created this situation. I can't believe this is happening !
 
I can't believe no one did anything when she weight 200 lbs? That was definatly disturbing, but somewhat hillarious to watch her try to walk.

Problem is. If the situation is remedied I wonder how badly her legs are damaged from all this.

The human body is ONE AMAZING creation. If the situation were to be remedied... I do believe being so young, that her leg problem could be rectified. Some braces to straighten then correctly, and physical therapy... and she could be active 12 year old running around with the rest of the kids. IMHO.

Shes going to have mangled legs after all this and thats something else they are going to have to fix after she get sher weight under control. So yes, I agree...
 
The local officials should follow what they did to a family in England. They threatened to charge the mother with child abuse if she didn't put the daughter in a weight loss program.

Agreed.. but she HAS to have some type of physical problem.... 200 pounds in 2 years is just ****ing near impossible. As for LETTING it happen by the parents... they should be handed their ass.

Agreed! However I know If I follow the "normal" American (the continent ) diet I can gain up to 10lbs a month and without working out none of it is muscle. This is the reason why I have to eat like its a religion and hit the gym 5 days a week. So thyroid problem or not alot of this could be handled with better eating.
