Just keep things constructive here guys. If Matt is showing his boss this thread then we want it to look as professional and respectful as possible so the good ideas don't get overlooked. Also keep in mind that Matt isn't the owner and is doing all he can to maintain what he can in his lane.

It would be nice not to say add certain things to get priority shipping/ordering but this is what HE can do to get your order moved. If he had control over the whole company's processing i'm sure it would be standarized...

So, if you feel the ATW product is worth it then just try and help Matt help you until things can get better.

I do give props to Matt for doing all he can do that is WITHIN his power. Hopefully the owner gets to see this thread and gets the processing/shipping time up to snuff.

Just got off the phone with him and he was very friendly and helpful. Rock on brother! People like him are what makes companies better. :head:

I totally agree and have no problems with Matt whatsoever. My last order with the company I had to escalate things to the VP of the company in order to get answers and even at that time got arrogant responses from him as well as Greg. Got phone calls telling me it will ship out today, then doesn't and weeks later it finally does. You can have a great company but once it gets stretched too thin it will break. I hope his boss looks at this and realizes the business he's losing whether it be little orders or huge orders. The number one priority should be to keep your customers happy. Most people would be less irritated in waiting for their order if there was response to communication. I'm not speaking of Matt, but generally if you have a customer service email on your site you would thing you would get response. For example, i can email NP and have a response within 30-60min without a doubt. At this point though I think that ATW's prices have escalated above the value mark that they were known for, especially with the high shipping prices which puts them in competition with companies like Dymatize, ON, AI, etc, all of whom i'd choose first. I personally miss the days when their prices were the cheapest and I could place and order and have it the very next day. If that would come back i'd prob order, but the raise in prices and costly shipping expenses just makes me order from other places. Not to mention the fact that when I place an order elsewhere, i can add all my other goodies into the order and combine shipping.[/rant]

I agree. I have no problem with Matt. He seems to be the only one that is even concerned with anything. I think they just need to take the customer service and order email off of their site and put Matts instead.

I still have not received a reply from my emails. So I will not be ordering again from this company. It really is a shame. The prices are good but with the poor customer support its just a put off.

costly shipping expenses

I want to clear up something regarding the cost of shipping. ATW doesn't determine the shipping rates. UPS does. We don't make any money on shipping. If you went to the UPS website and plugged in all the same information (i.e. - weight and dimensions of the package, the from & to addresses) you will get the same total that ATW gives you. Same thing for people who request USPS shipping, you can check our shipping quote on the USPS website too.

Just an FYI.

It's coming to a month since my order was shipped on 08 Jan via USPS but i've yet to receive my order. I've contacted USPS but there is nothing they can do as there isn't any tracking avaliable for my delivery option.

Anyone encounted this?

Shouldn't AM require their sponsors to at least up hold some amount of customer service? I've seen ATW get kicked off other boards due to this type of poor customer service. I personally would have never ordered had it not been a board sponsor. I think people feel a safety in ordering from a board sponsor since all the others are prompt with responses and go out of their way to provide great service. I personally think that there should be guidelines that sponsors should have to uphold.:duel:

Honestly, this is a crock of ****. I have as much control over their business as I have over your life.

If I kicked off every company that had shipping problems at times then a lot of them would be gone. Companies that have zero problems now.

If you are upset over an order, contact them and deal with it but don't give me bull**** about AM having control over advertisers.

Its like complaining to MD about one of their advertisers shipping problems.

This isn't a rant thread, isn't a thread in which you track your individual orders and this isn't their customer service department. I don't like it when people aren't getting their stuff in time but there isn't a ****in thing I can do about it and when you start coming off like I have control over your orders and their business and guidelines about how other people run their business then you start pissing me off as well. Don't complain to me about it, complain to them with their email and phone.

If they don't have good enough customer service, they will suffer for it. Thats how it works.
