If you don’t like it you can just move on. I’ve gotten lots of people hooked on Ursa and they have had similar results as me. If you don’t like it then move on to something else. Spouting off nonsense about it being a waste of money is ridiculous.
 
luckily flexfit had some. The oral caps work so well and for me, ursolic acid is all in the dosing. Not being limited by transdermal is so nice

How much are you running a day

I was thinking about 4 caps a day. Stuff worked pretty good last time I used apex’s transdermal but I get tired of smearing transdermals on all the time

Have been avoiding ursa because of the theoretical sperm killing properties but it looks like last kiddo may be on the way next spring so ready to run it again . I would have already tried it when it came out otherwise

We are hoping that it will be back in stock within the next 2 weeks.

We have so much in production that I can't give exact ETA's bc something can always bump something else back, but that's my best guess.

What does everyone like to run this at? I've added on 3 caps a day to go with BASIS and optimize-t - that I've been using for a couple months - about 2 weeks ago and am already noticing a pretty significant increase in vascularity that I was not expecting to happen so quick. I'm considering trying out 6 caps a day based on what I've read in this thread. I was previously going to run BASIS higher but going too high on it daily was a bit too much salidroside mental stimulating-wise for me.

I think the ideal dose of Ursa-Bolic is 2 to 3 caps per day. I am curious to try it at 4 caps and was thinking about starting that within the next 2 weeks myself. I'm impatient and trying to get back into the swing of things.
 
I've been taking 6 a day since my post on sunday. It's hard to tell if the effects I'm having are just from it starting to work more because I know ursolic acid ramps up over time in effects or if the it's the higher does but muscle fullness and vascularity keeps getting better, workout endurance has been very good, and general energy levels are very high. I've also saw some posts worrying about negative effects on libido in this thread and I've had the exact opposite issue where it's borderline too high.

I am considering dropping down to 4 a day so bottles last longer but I'm enjoying everything at the moment so I may try this dosage out for at least a month or two more to see the full effect of it then go down after that for a long term maintenance dose.

I think I may try it with you. I'd been debating it and just getting back into the swing of things and need to do some serious recomp.

The BASIS, optimize-t, and ursabolic combo has been working so well for recomp for me; now that I can finally lift consistently again with my crohns under control. My weight has stayed pretty much within 1lb the last couple months but my waist is shrinking fast (about 1 inch in the last month) and there's very noticeable changes in progress photos :). It definitely has sped up since I started the usrabolic.

I'm going to have to go get my old clothes from my basement soon since everything is way too big now. I think I'm finally getting close to under 20% body fat again for the first time in years :)
