AnabolicXT or CEL Anabolic Effect?

I’ve used a bottle of Anabolic XT during a cruise and enjoyed it. I can’t tell you why, can’t put my finger on it, but training just seemed to go well the entire month on it & generally felt good.

BASIS is a product I think warrants a 6 month trial from anyone interested, and I would give Anabolic XT a shot for 2-3 months as long as you’re not blasting. I think it would just get outshined in that scenario. Then if you like those, consider adding in Anabolic Effect last.

I know he didn't ask me but Anabolic Effect and Anabolic XT are staples for me. Of course my version of a blast is merely mid dose epiandro, or possibly anavar, but even with those I see great results from AE and AXT.

I get tired of popping so many caps every morning so every once in a while I'll not re-up my AE or AXT and within a couple weeks I notice a diminished fire. Like right now I'm running PA XT and Alpha One, but I can tell I'm lacking a particular aggression, energy, and even libido that I get from those other 2 products.

From a natty perspective, if someone was to ask me what one supplement splurge should be I'd probably vote for AE and/or AXT, even though the phosphatidic acid, alpha one, carnitine etc all have their separate positives for me, the AE and AXT give me a particular gym boost of energy and agression, and even strong optimisim where I'm looking forward to the session more.

They do take 2 weeks or so to notice, so like Steve always says... a person honestly should start off with a 2-3 month supply right off the get go. I've stacked them both together and run them both separate. I think they're my favorite natty product. even though like you said, I can't really explain why. I don't notice improved vascularity, firmness, pumps, etc, but mood is improved, agression improved, and its like spanish fly. I also usually hit most of my PRs the last 3-5 years while on those products. more consistently than anavar or epiandro. (which I'm not sure those have truly had any strength impact at all, just some level of hypertrophy I believe. )

Dealing with some water retention and GI issues for quite a while now that I think may be related to chronically elevated cortisol. Getting that tested this weekend, so will see if that's what it is and go from there with dealing with it.

Otherwise, may have to consider an elimination diet phase to try to see what's causing the issues.

fwiw i'm a firm believer that stress is a greater cause of death and illness than any of the vices we subscribe to. I was watching my wife go downhilll repeatedly, even after her cancer which I think could be stress related, and I finally kinda said enough is enough, tell your boss you're out.

Yeah, it's almost like IBS at this point. Has been a problem for probably close to 8 weeks, and I know that elevated cortisol/stress can lead to IBS or IBS-like symptoms, so hoping to get some clarity when the test results come in.

But, in any event, one of the many reasons I'm interviewing for new jobs right now.

could it be anything you're on? I find that the 6am shitregiment becomes both a 6am, and an 8am, and sometimes a 10am when I'm on Alpha One lol. But its not an all day thing.

Thought it might be one of the fat burners or maybe the LCLT since that's all I've been using. Cut those all out yesterday, so will see if that helps.

Possible it's the BASIS, but want to see if dropping the fat burners resolved the issue before I drop that too.

But for me it has been an all day thing for quite a while.

I haven't used basis but two things that have screwed with my gut is the alpha one and any oral carnitine. liquid carnitine gives you the squirts pretty bad. the TD version from XPG is spot on, zero issues. The Alpha One like I mentioned isn't bad its more like "oh I had breakfast, time to make room for lunch" type deal, lol.

Man, I hope you figure that out, gut issues suck azz!!!
